Spacious apartment located in the center beach, on the same promenade, with a 30-meter terrace overlooking the sea, has a kitchen with everything you need, kitchenware, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board , toaster, coffee maker heats water. It has three large bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms and a gallery. right next to restaurants, beach bars, terraces, ice cream parlors, heated pool, outdoor pool, two parks with trees, green areas for sports, tennis courts etc.

Pepa Beach Guardamar

Amazing location a stone's throw from the beach. Amazing terrace space with fab view. Kitchen extremely well equipped. Check in was easy and the owner Natalia is lovely. I will definitely be going again
