Sand Pebbles A30 is a 2 BR/2 BA updated oceanfront condo. It is a 3rd floor unit with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Sand Pebbles is an 86-unit well-maintained complex with a private beach access, lifeguard stand nearby and two private pools. You will enjoy oceanfront and pool views from the large covered private balcony. Feel the beach all around you with gorgeous sunrises and crashing waves only a few steps away. WE DO PARTIAL WEEK RESERVATIONS ALL YEAR LONG and 10% discount 7 nights or more. Message owner for long-term off-season rentals.

Please note: Sand Pebbles does not have an elevator.

The entire unit has hardwood floors. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with extended cable and Roku streaming for any subscription-based services that you have i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc.

The fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops has cookware needed for family cooking. A dining area for four is provided and additional seating for four is available at the bar.

The master bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed with its own private bath and smart TV with extended cable. The second bedroom has two twin beds, smart TV with extended cable. A queen-size sofa sleeper is available in the living area for additional guests. Linens are provided and beds are made up before your arrival. A full guest bathroom is available for everyone. Two-car limit covered parking is available.

During the summer season May 23 - Sep 1, we have contracted with a local beach gear rental company to provide two lounge chairs and umbrella for our guests. They will be set up at 9:00 am and picked up at 5:00 pm each day. You can enjoy the beach in the Carolina sun and take a break with a little shade.

Our condominium is our personal condo. We have kitchen supplies, high speed wireless internet access, dvds, books, beach chairs, and toys available for your use. All of the furniture and appliances are well maintained. There is a high top patio table set and additional seating outside on the private balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful view and sound of the ocean.

Directly across the street is Uncle Vinnie's Pizza, and The Spot Bar & Grill. Within 2 blocks of the condo is Butts n Such, Fun Time Ice Cream, ocean front Tiki Bar and a convenient store. A mile away is CB Boardwalk, CB Lake, summer season rides, many restaurants, shops, pubs, and of course, Britt's donuts. During the summer months, live music and fireworks every Thursday evening at the Boardwalk and Sunday family movie night at the lake.

Explore family friendly attractions at the Fort Fisher Aquarium and the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Civil War Museum, two fishing piers, and a drive in beach access at Freeman Park.

Wilmington is a 20 minute drive to many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. The condo has everything, even a basket of snacks, they went aboand beyond. Having a private access to the beach was wonderful.

This place was great. It has everything you need for your stay. It really is like walking into your home, not just a rental. Very good view of the beach, couple of restaurants across the street,with good food. The Spot restaurant has very good food and a great atmosphere. I would recommend anyone to stay here, including myself again... the only downside to this rental is there is no elevator. But climbing the steps are worth it to stay in this condo!

Everything was better than listed!! It looked great in the listing but was everything we expected and more. Plenty of room for myself and my two children(20F, and 17M). Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Balcony view was perfect. Beach access was perfect. Carolina Beach is by far our favorite beach to visit. Would definitely book this location again. Close enough to boardwalk to easily walk or bike but far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness of the beach.

Excellent place for a couple and two kids. Second bedroom better for kids than 2 adults as beds are twin and matrresses more suited to kids. Maybe just newer mattresses would help but definitely felt like sleeping in kid beds and not because they were twin beds.Overall though, definitely a well cared for condo.

We liked the amount of space in the condo and the view of the ocean from the balcony. Weather was particularly mild and nearby walks to the lake and Veggie Wagon market were special.

A Return to Carolina Beach

This was the perfect solution for my reunion with long time friends in the area. I brought my oldest grand daughters along and they were delighted with this beachfront 2BR 2B condo as our home base while we got reacquainted with Pleasure Island.

Well-Equipped Condo

The building has obviously been there for a while and has had its share of leaks, DIY upgrades, etc. However, it was well-equipped with everything necessary to cook full meals and enjoy a day on the beach. We were very comfortable for the long weekend and enjoyed the lovely view of the beach from the balcony.

Great condo but don't expect a great ocean view

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great for family reasons. Very clean and appreciated the coffee and snacks Good beach access. Do not be fooled by the picture. The view from the deck and windows is off the condos across parking lot and pool. To see the ocean you have to be on the left side of the deck looking east. That was our only disappointment.

Good spot

A lot of PROS: great location with easy beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Beach chairs and toys provided which is a huge plus since we flew into town. A well stocked kitchen. The ocean view was nice to have. CONs: it didn’t feel that clean. The outside table hadn’t been wiped down, a used sponge was left for us but very stinky and quite a few things we took out of the cupboards needed cleaning first. The place could use a good deep cleaning. 4 chairs for the outside table would have been nice too. overall our stay was great and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Feel the Ocean Breeze while you Sleep

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the beach. We were pleasantly surprised, considering what we paid. I have never had the privilege of staying right on the beach before and it was wish every penny. We were able to park our truck in the provided, covered parking and walk to pretty much everywhere that we wanted to go. The only issue that we had was that the icemaker was not working and there were no ice trays to make our own. There was a gas station right across the street so we were able to walk over and buy a bag. It was only a minor inconvenience and certainly nothing that detracted from such an amazing experience!

We loved our stay! The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and the Boardwalk but far enough to wear it wasn’t overly crowded. We didn’t get much sunshine during our trip, so we really appreciated having some games in the condo to enjoy on rainy days. The included umbrella and chair rental was a nice perk for when we did get to the beach, and having access to two pools was a bonus. We also loved that it felt like a “homey” beach rental rather than an over-stylized Instagram setup, which made it all the more comfortable. We’d happily stay here again!

Property was as advertised, great location, good view from the balcony, plenty of room inside, and well furnished with everything you need for your stay. The free umbrella and chair is also an awesome perk. The wifi is slow, and the furnishings are dated, but all in all a good condo at a great price. The only thing that really needs addressed immediately is the deadbolt. Its really tricky getting the key in and out, you really have to wiggle the key up and down, and i could see someone potentially breaking a key, or getting one stuck. Aside from that, i would definitely recommend this condo to any family that needs more space than a traditional hotel offers.
