Lovely pool view apartment near beach and amenities with Vv license.

Our apartment with a Vv licence is on a lovely friendly complex located centrally in Puerto Del Carmen Lanzarote, close to the old town, the harbour and the strip. It is only 450m from the beach, 5 mins walk to Lidl, McDonalds and the new Biosfera Plaza shopping centre and on the doorstep are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
The complex has a lovely pool which can be seen from the apartments terrace it has a pool bar with happy hour, cocktails, snacks, a pool table and a communal BBQ all with ample seating and sun beds.
The apartment is one of the larger apartments on the complex on the ground floor having 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, it also has a sleeper couch. Sleeping up to 6 people consisting of 4 adults and 2 children, it also has a nice private terrace for your own personal use with a lovely corner rattan set for outdoor dining.
The apartment also has excellent internet with WiFi and a 50” LG smart tv with Netflix, you tube and other internet tv channels it also has a set top box having lots of tv from around the world including Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, USA and more English tv channels than available in England most of the sky programs, regional BBC, ITV, sky sports including the championship games, movies, box office, BT sport, WWE, ESPN, EPL, EFL and many more.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dolce gusto coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils crockery pots and pans and equipment you might need for your self catering needs.
Supplied for your stay will be all the bed linen, coat hangers, towels, beach towels, toilet roll, soap, shampoo, hairdryer and straighteners and a welcome pack. Children are welcome and a high chair and cot can be supplied if needed at no extra charge.
The apartment has a Vv license meaning it is a licensed rental property. Staying in a property without a Vv licence will invalidate your holiday insurance.

My self my partner and 2 children had an incredible week at Luz ya Mar. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Shopping trolley was super handy. Beds were very comfortable, bonus having a washing machine and dishwasher. And Kathy's bar on site was great, lovely food. We knew someone who works in there which was so lovely to see her. Kids loved the pool too. We'd love to come back and stay again. Thank you very much.

Fantastic Apartment

We were blown away by the apartment, it has everything and more you need for a relaxing holiday. We were even able to get a late check out on our last day. The complex is amazing, everyone is so friendly. The added bonus was Kathy’s Bar , great food , extremely cheap and staff are second to none. We loved it so much we booked to go back again before we came home.

This apartment is exactly how it is described , lovely clean and modern with comfy beds. Nice patio where can chill out and just walk straight to the pool or the pool bar on site. Absolutely perfect apartment

Everything from the communication to the cleanliness to all the added extras that were in the aparartment made it a cut above the rest. We will definitely be back. Location was also brilliant The ladys working at kathys pool bar on site were also fabulous, friendly and very helpful.

Great apartment, would stay again.

Myself, husband and two teenagers stayed at this property over Christmas and New year 2022/23 period. The apartment was great. It met all our needs. Great communication from owner Stuart and property manager Laura. Kathy's pool bar was great too, very friendly and good food. Wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Very easy to check in via key safe. The patio area is set back from all the others, with a lovely rattan sofa set. Very comfortable and decorated with quaint lighting. The apartment is set up lovely and has everything you need home from home. Beds are comfortable. Shower was a little on the cold side. Kathy’s bar is an added bonus and they offer a range of food and drinks that they also bring up for you. There is also a space to have sun beds just in front of the apartment. Local bars just a couple of minute walk away. We have a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic location

We’ve just come back from a lovely stay in this property. Very modern & clean. Wi-Fi great especially with 2 teenagers. The pool was lovely albeit a bit cold for April but we expected that. Our towels & bedding was changed half way through our stay which was a bonus. Terrace space & furniture was very lovely & comfortable. The pool bar was very convenient. Lidl literally up the road. Taxis & buses very accessible & cheap. Apartment is in great location as it was only about a 15 minute walk from the strip & beach. The strip with all the bars & restaurants just keeps on going. We’d definitely come back to this apartment & Lanzarote as we fell in love with the island!

Well appointed spacious apartment

This is a very well appointed spacious apartment with everything needed for a self catering holiday. It was spotlessly clean and we were welcomed by Laura who also left us with a lovely welcome pack. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Modern fully equipped kitchen/bathroom with a large terrace area with sofas and table overlooking the pool. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within a short walk and a few small local restaurants and bars nearby. The main strip of Puerto Del Carmen and the Port are about a ten minute walk downhill which isn’t far but takes a bit of effort coming back. Stuart was very helpful during the booking process and kindly allowed us to stay later on departure day to accommodate a late flight. The best restaurants for us were in the Port area rather than the touristy ones on the main strip. Overall a lovely spacious apartment

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt ! Transfer vom Flughafen zur Anlage 15€ Taxikosten und ca. 12 min Fahrt. Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert ! Das Apartment ist funktional und für 5 Erwachsene Personen optimal ausgestattet. (Einzig eine große Pfanne hätte ausgetauscht werden können und ein großer Topf fehlt - wenn man wie wir Selbstversorger ist.) Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden 1x/Woche gewechselt. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand, quer durch die Anlagen max. 15 min. Der Gemeinschaftspool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Abends schön ruhig in der Anlage Wir waren schon 6x in Puerto del Carmen, diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen ! Vielen Dank

a much needed ralaxing break

as soon as we arrived the flat stands out against the rest as the doors and windows have been updated, nicely decorated new floor tiles etc comfortable beds (a huge PLus ).A good size tv with english chanells great for mother so she could keep up with emerdale and corrie i did buy and take home a frying pan as the one in the appartment has seen better days not a problem can always use new one at home anyway everything you need in kitchen which was great loved the oven and hob cooked most nights for the 5 of us with lidl just a few hundred yrds up the rd was no problem spent way less than we thought on food which left more for beer and fun overall we had alovely time and wouldnt hesitate in booking the appartment again, if we were to go self catering in the future. Thanks for a great stay
