Sleeping Arrangements:
Sleeps 4 comfortably, with an additional queen-size air mattress available in the primary bedroom closet if needed.
Primary Bedroom: King bed
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds
Additional Sleeping: Queen-size air mattress
Two full bathrooms

Pet-Friendly:
We welcome up to two dogs with the following guidelines:
Maximum of 2 dogs
Dogs must be under 50 lbs.
$125 non-refundable pet fee for 1 dog
$200 non-refundable pet fee for 2 dogs
Dogs must be house-trained
Dogs must be crate-trained and crated when left unattended
No pets on furniture

Required Quarterly Pest Control:
Our building requires quarterly interior pest-control service to help keep every condo pest-free.
If your stay includes a scheduled service date — January 8, April 9, July 9, or October 8 — guests must allow the pest-control technician access to the unit. A $50 fee will be charged if scheduled service is declined or access is prevented.
