The barn is dog-friendly with a newly installed wood burner for winter nights. It's fully equipped for families with a large paddock and a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

A definite recommendation.

Mulberry Barn is a very pretty cottage in a quiet location and well equipped. We had a great time in the cottage. The location was great for us as we could drive very quickly to both sides of the coast. Judi is a great hostess, we wanted for nothing.

Fantastic holiday at Mulberry Barn!

My family and I had the most wonderful holiday at Mulberry Barn. The house is absolutely beautiful. There are so many extra touches that make it for a very luxurious stay. We found it to be a great location for exploring this part of Cornwall, going north, south and down to Lands End. Judi is a fantastic host and really goes above and beyond. A great find in Cornwall

A fabulous holiday cottage in a beautiful location, set back from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas, but a very short drive to beaches on both North and South coasts. Judi and Chris were the ultimate hosts and have thought of everything from super comfy beds, to well-equipped kitchen and fast wifi. Access to Netflix, and the welcome gift of prosecco and chocolates was an added bonus! We had a great stay in the cottage and will definitely return. Also very appreciative of the owners generously allowing access to a beautiful paddock to exercise the dog and enjoy the stunning views across the Cornish countryside.

Great Stay at Taskus

October half term at Mulberry Barn

We had such a lovely week staying at Mulberry Barn and, luckily, lovely weather to boot! The barn is lovely and very cosy and warm, with everything you could possibly need. It’s a rural location and very peaceful but lovely beaches and sights are on your doorstep. It was so nice retiring back to the barn each evening after lots of fresh air on the coast. Judi was a lovely and welcoming host and we hope to be back again soon.

Staying at Mulberry Barn.

Absolutely lovely property in a beautiful quiet setting. Easy access using the car to beaches and local villages. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a lovely welcome on arrival with a lovely touch of wine and chocolates. Judi is an excellent host and presents a beautiful place to stay.

Lovely quaint barn

A lovely quaint barn finished to a high standard; very clean and comfortable with everything you need to hand. It’s setting is peaceful and rural, and yet still very close to local beaches and walks. Judi is a welcoming, yet non intrusive host - we Hope to be back soon!

Early summer with family in Mulberry cottage

Lovely cottage in delightful secluded location. The courtyard is great for a bbq and lovely to sit with so many flowers in bloom. The beds were extremely comfy. Judi was lovely and very welcoming. We hope to come back another summer.

From the first moment very well felt. The barn is very clean, comfortable and very lovingly furnished. Nice reception with Prosecco and truffles. The location is perfect for exploring the area and all major attractions. The landlady is cordial and very concerned about the welfare of the guests. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing Judi and Alfie again today. Vom ersten Moment an sehr gut gefühlt. Die Scheune ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Netter Empfang mit Prosecco und Trüffeln. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Gegend und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Die Vermieterin ist herzlich und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns auf Judi und Alfie heute wieder.

truely amazing

From the moment we arrived, we couldnt have been made more comfortable ny judi, bubbly and truffels as a welcome treat was a very nice touch. Mullbery barn was a fantastic retreat, clean, warm and cosy, everything you would want from a break from the ratrace. All i can say is first class , we cant wait to return and repeat the experience. Leo&diane, not forgetting our pooch jake who the holiday was for.🐶

Mulberry barn

Booked mulberry barn for me and my husband to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary! Location is very peaceful-great to unwind, yet within easy reach of the beautiful beaches and costal walks of Hayle/St Ives. Accommodation was very homely with lots of added extras! Very comfortable and spacious! Would recommend for a relaxing break away in the countryside! Great that it's dog friendly-jasper the dog had equally as good time away as us! Thanks to Judi, look forward to staying again in the future.
