We had a really lovely stay at Flormentor 1.

The villa is terrific, with a lovely pool, lots of space inside and out. Ciutadella is a beautiful town which we visited three times. We drove into town rather than walking as the walk would have been a little bit long in the hot weather. The views from the villa were lovely. I would really recommend this as a place to stay. There were four of us - a couple and two grown up children.

Strongly recommended!

The house is very spacious, clean, the kitchen is well-equipped. The pool area just in front of the terrace is very well-maintained. The kids loved the table tennis and pool table outside. It is calm but very close to Ciutadella at the same time. Strongly recommended!

Muy satisfechos de la vivienda y sus instalaciones

Como he indicado en otra respuesta, mis acompañantes y yo hemos quedado muy satisfechos de la vivienda y sus instalaciones. Deseamos volver para más día a ésta o a otra similar que nos recomienden. Quizás un "letrero o indicados" a pie de carretera ayudaría más, porque el primer días nos pasamos el acceso en dos ocasiones (los nervios de los novatos ji ji ji) Ahhhhh y si hubieran indicado los días de riego de los arboles o plantas, con gusto lo habríamos realizado Muchas gracias por la atención y el interés mostrado.

Unterkunft ist sehr gross und geräumig. Es hat überall viel Platz, egal ob Zimmer, Bäder oder Küche. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Liegt ruhig (und das muss man mögen), aber doch sehr zentral. Auto notwendig, man könnte aber auch nach Cuitadella laufen. Toller Poolbereich! Sehr gute Informationen vorab. Es lohnt sich, zu lesen! MauterVillas war zudem immer erreichbar.

Villa tres bien située et spacieuse avec piscine pour 6 personnes. Correspondant exactement a l'annonce et ce que nous recherchions. Le + la table de ping et pong et billard qui ont ravis la famille. J'y retournerai avec beaucoup de plaisir

La villa est très agréable, propre et spacieuse.

L'environnement est calme, les enfants ont été ravis de rencontrer les chevaux dans les prés mitoyens. L'entretien de la piscine est discret et efficace. La communication avec l'agence est bonne. L'emplacement ne correspond pas à ce que nous avions vu sur l'annonce. Le but était que les enfants puissent être indépendants, cela n'a pas été possible. Une voiture est indispensable. De plus, si vous êtes, comme nous, très exigeants sur le matelas vous aurez de quoi disserter pendant de longues heures. Malgré ceci, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Clean, spacious, quiet, remote- perfect for a few days of holiday. We were four guests and found the grounds lovely and spacious. Only two bathrooms made it a bit tight though and the beds are quite old, you can feel the springs throughout your body. That said, it was more than fine for the four nights we were there. The home was very clean upon arrival, especially the pool which was perfect. The ac in each room worked very well and the sitting areas are just fine. Do note however, the 3rd party rental agency running this home does not provide sponges, toilet paper, paper towels,hand soap in bathrooms. The space is literally empty besides the furniture. Expect to make a run to the store for the bare bones basics. We found it poor form that our host couldn’t provide a few trash bags and more than two toilet paper rolls. Otherwise, for a short stay, this place is really good.
