This beautiful loft located in Piazza Trilussa in Trastevere is sure to become your home away from home!

It’s extremely comfortable layout and unique use of space will surprise you and the position couldn’t get any better – The Tiber River right at your doorstep with breaktaking views from your windows.

The main area of this studio loft although one single space is divided in two parts – one part a living/sleeping area and the other a dining/kitchen area. The loft contains 1 double bed, and 2 sofas which can be folded out to become beds if needed, so it can accommodate up to 5 people with at least one child (max. 4 adults). It has a fully equipped kitchen closeable with sliding blinds, a dining table and a newly renovated bathroom with washing machine.

Perfect one bedroom with a great location, can be a little loud as it's right on Piazza Trilusa but the central location is close to a great place that's literally 5 steps from the entrance and close to great bars, coffee shops and bakeries...

Great Location!

The Trastevere neighborhood is fantastic! The view from the loft is wonderful! The loft was very comfortable and clean. We really wanted to use the pullout couch as another bed since it was my daughter and I however, we never received the extra set of sheets that were promised but, probably for the best since the couch had a strong mold odor. If the couch could be replaced, it would be perfect!

Greeter from management company was punctual and very responsive. Loft was clean but a bit in disrepair. There was only a comforter insert and a top sheet that served as a duvet cover. Only two pillows with cases. The window shades were in disrepair and the curtains couldn’t be closed without a ladder as the rods they hung from did not have finales so the whole ensemble would come down. Range burners didn’t work

Perfect spot for your trip to Rome!

This studio apartment was spacious for being a studio apartment. It was large for a couple and we thought with the couches, we could even stay with a child. We enjoyed the easy access to city center, Vatican and being in the heart of Trastevere. It is loud at night with joyful street noise, but this is part of the fun of the neighborhood. The view of the ponte sisto bridge is incredible, and we spent time just sitting and watching out the window. There is a small kitchenette but you will not need it. There is so many restaurants, cafe and gelato a few steps away. The shower is very nice, and has American waterfall and tall shower head which is very uncommon and so nice. Plenty of hot water, and even a wash machine and drying rack for use. The staff was kind and helped arrange airport transfer. We will stay here again!
