This is a well appointed studio condo with comfortable King bed, fireplace, screened porch, kitchenette, bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. The unit is within walking distance to all of Helen's amenities, including dining, shopping, groceries, and activities. Enjoy all Helen has to offer such as tubing on the Chattahoochee, hiking, horseback riding, golf, wineries, ziplines, kayaking/canoeing, swimming and miniature golf. No matter what your interests are, Helen has something for everyone, and this studio is convenient to it all.

This is a no smoking unit. Violators will be fined $200.

It was a great location with easy access to Helen. The only issue was that there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would choose it again!

Everything was wonderful! Tracy was very attentive. It would be nice to have a sponge provided and I would have washed the dishes, but other than that everything was Wondeful! Great location!!!

We had a great weekend here! The location could not have been better. We were right off the main road walking distance to everything! The room was nice. Not as clean as I would have hoped but comfortable. The upstairs/behind tenants could be heard as if they were in the same room. It was ok for the most part but they were quite loud for 8am on a Sat morning. All-in-all it was a great weekend and we enjoyed our stay.

Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The condo was super clean and easy to find! Bonus was it was right across the street from our fave breakfast spot Hofer’s! Will definitely stay again!

The location was perfect. The condo was perfectly clean and fit our needs. There was a jet tub but no hot tub which the add described and the fridge was a college fridge. A larger fridge would be needed for longer stays or putting more than a few items in. Overall a very good experience and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in Helen. The property is very close to many of the things to do in Helen. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Fantastic! The condo itself is very nice. Comfortable. Everything we were looking for!

Cozy Stay

The room is smaller than we are accustomed to, but the location made up for it. Betty’s is one of our favorite places and you can walk to most places. It’s a nice place to stay.
