Cozy apartment located in a private building a few steps from the center equipped with all the necessary comforts, ideal for couples and families for short or long stays located in a quiet and residential area where it is possible to find every shop for every need. Familiar and courteous environment to make your stay unforgettable.

Guests will have at their disposal an apartment equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room with sofa bed (PLEASE COMMUNICATE AFTER BOOKING THE NEED TO HAVE SEPARATE BEDS OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO PREPARE THEM DURING YOUR STAY).

In the apartment there is everything you need: sheets, towels, utensils, kettle and microwave, free Wi-Fi code throughout the entire structure.

For work-related matters, luggage storage is available from 10:00 to 12:00. If and when it is possible to extend the opening hours we will let you know at the moment.
I kindly ask you to respect the check in and check out times for organizational reasons. Thank you.

Apartment was as advertised, clean, and in good repair. This rental was full of old world charm and I would defiantly stay here again. Of the five cities we visited in Italy, Our host, Beatrice, was the nicest person we met. Loved this unit

Great Place to stay in Venice

Location-Location-Location!!! Accommodations was 5-7 min walk from train station and located minutes walk to all the places you want to walk to in Venice. Bridges, shops, cafes, restaurants, everything!! Our Host Beatrice and her mother were welcoming and answered any questions we had. They made our stay very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit.

Perfect Stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Beatrice's lovely place. The apartment is tastefully decorated, it has comfortable furniture, it's well equipped with many thoughtful details and we had had plenty of space. Beautiful, Spacious Apartment in Wonderful Location

The apartment is beautiful and well appointed. It was comfortable and we enjoyed spending time in the space. It is very large compared to comparably priced hotel rooms. The location is wonderful... it's close to a number of local restaurants and bars but also a short walk to the more crowded areas. It's very close to the train station and the bus area that takes you to and from the airport and near a water taxi stop. Our host was there when we arrived and was extremely friendly. Overall, this was a GREAT place to stay!!

Awesome place to stay

Beatrice, the host, was great. So helpful and always available. She has treated such a unique space in this first level of her home. It’s very charming with its many antiques, brick walls and wooden beamed ceilings. Bed is very comfortable and amenities are nice. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Venice Location

A perfect location right off the canal. Easy 5min walk from the Airport Boat Shuttle drop off. Everything needed for a great stay is included, even pasta and coffee! Fantastic host, great communication, and a great guide book with information about the area. The photos match the unit, and the laundry is a nice feature. Would stay again!

Cute Venetian Apartment

We had difficulty traveling from Naples to Venice due to the train workers strike. That put our arrival time much later for check in. Host was AMAZING and very flexible with everything! Communication was quick and very helpful. She even gave me a birthday card and gift. This apartment is very cute. I would 100% stay here again.

Good location and close to train station and great canal restaurants for outdoor dining. Water taxi / station right there so easy to get to. Water pressure in shower could have been a little better and the fans in the suite didn't cool off the place too well. We were there at a hot time for sure. Really liked the location of the apartment.

Perfect for one summer night!

My husband and I only had one night in Venice and we are so glad we chose to stay at Beatrice's place. She was waiting for us when we arrived and made checking in pleasant and easy. The apartment was spacious and clean, and everything we needed for our overnight trip. The location of the apartment is excellent, just a 15 minute walk from Piazzale Roma, and very close to many great restaurants and bars. The apartment was hot as we stayed in July and there is no air conditioning, but it was manageable with the fans that Beatrice provided. We look forward to coming back to Venice not in the summer and staying here again.

Old City Pleasure

The apartment is on a very quiet street and it has an old world charm. We had just a two night stay and wish we could stay longer. Old brick and beam construction, antique furnishings, and also well equipped. Beatrice is an awesome owner and landlord. Extremely helpful and friendly. A great spirit!! We had a wonderful time and would stay again.
