Town House Alba is a beautifully renovated home in Fornalutx, one of Mallorca’s most picturesque mountain villages. Surrounded by the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana, the house combines traditional village character with modern amenities and panoramic mountain views.



Accommodating up to five guests, the property is ideal for families, couples or small groups.

The Neighborhood:

Fornalutx is a charming mountain village with stone houses, narrow lanes, traditional steps and flower-filled streets. Surrounded by olive, orange and lemon groves, it offers a peaceful and authentic Mallorcan atmosphere.



The village is particularly popular with hikers and cyclists, with numerous trails and scenic routes through the Serra de Tramuntana. For a more relaxed experience, enjoy the mountain views from one of the local cafés or restaurants.



Fornalutx’s historic streets can be narrow, steep and stepped in places, so comfortable footwear is recommended.



Getting Around:

Fornalutx is best explored on foot. The village centre, grocery store, cafés and restaurants are all very close to the house.



A car is useful for visiting Sóller, Port de Sóller, the beach and other parts of Mallorca. A private parking space is included approximately 150 m from the property.
