MIT House Latina Terrace IV in Madrid

This apartment is located right in the centre of Madrid, just a few meters away from La Latina metro station.
Home to a great variety of bars and restaurants offering from traditional to innovative cuisine, La Latina is one of Madrid’s top tapas neighbourhoods. Perfect for enjoying a Sunday aperitive or shopping at the open-air flea market of El Rastro.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2th floor of a building with a lift.
On entering the apartment to the right, guests will find an open space integrating a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, vitroceramic hobs and all kinds of kitchen utensils, a tastefully decorated living room with a sofa bed and a lovely sitting area with adjoining dining room. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The tastefully decorated living room comes with a leather sofa that turns into a double bed.

The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them equipped with a double bed, and one with two single beds.

There are two bathrooms with shower.
Wi-Fi, heating and partial air-conditioning in the living room.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter): Monday to Friday from 13:00 to 23:00h.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
