Great Place!

Highly recommend! Stayed for 3 nights and it was a great upgrade from our previous 3 nights in Malcesine. Lots of amenities and great location. Gondola pick up station right outside our window.

Comfortable Apartment with all the necessities

The apartment is very quirky, like Venice, and is centrally located very close to San Marco. That is either a blessing or curse depending on your stay. It has a nice terrace and the kitchen and living space is well equipped for a stay. The bathroom shower did not have very good water pressure and the hallways are a bit dark at night are the only negatives.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful apartment in San Marco! The location was a 2 minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, right on a canal. We could sit on the small rooftop deck and watch the gondolas go by. The kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment was beautifully furnished. The bedroom was on the small side with a double bed, but the bathroom had double sinks. The elevator and washing machine were bonuses. Would definitely recommend for 2 people (possibly 3 with a single pullout in the living room).

Nice Property

Nice place to stay for 11 days in Venice. The terrace was wonderful. Our bed was on the smaller side, but so was the bedroom. Bathroom was fine. Living room was adequate. So was the kitchen. Only complaints were the washer, which was never really showed to us. Ultimately, it wasn't an option. Also, no idea how the oven worked. So, the kitchen had limited use. Also, the internet seems to require a credit card in order to provide Wi-fi. We chose not to use it. Overall, good property.

We loved this place!

Great location. So close to everything. Loved watching the boats in the canal from our balcony. Communication was great and we didn't have any issues. Everything we needed was there (but we didn't cook). Lots of restaurants and shops. We just had to figure out the water transportation system. The only suggestion is that if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs or a noise machine. It can be noisy in the morning with hearing boats, the elevator going up and down, and the neighbors. Other than that, we had a fantastic time!

Sweet Moors Terrace

We really enjoyed our week in Venice and our stay at Moors Terrace, a sweet, light-filled apartment with both old-world and modern charm located at the junction of two small canals. It has a comfortable living room and bed, and the central location off St. Marks Square is super convenient -- just far enough so you're not in the thick of it. Noise was never an issue (unlike other places we've stayed in), and the small cafe around the corner made the best lattes and chocolate croissants. Our daily breakfast was a real treat. It's nice that the building has an elevator, too. The only problem we ran into the entire time occurred on our final morning. We left the apartment at 6am to catch a flight, leaving the keys on the table as instructed, and took the elevator down only to discover that the front door was locked from within. We knocked on several apartment doors before a young man answered and helped us by unlocking the door. (He tried the release button next to the elevator which unlocks it but it did not work.) Count us lucky. I'd hate to imagine what might have happened if it had been a critical emergency. Thanks to him, we got out and caught our taxi-boat just in time. Moors Terrace itself was lovely. We would probably rent it again.

Amazing Location

My husband and I travel to Italy for business & vacation. The flat was much nicer than the pictures on Vrbo. The flat was very clean, bright, lots of space, the location was excellent. We stayed for three days so the only two things I would recommend would be to have more towels available. We only had one towel for each. We stayed three so at least to have two towels per person. Also, the window above the bed needs a shade since the light comes thru and awakens us . We would definitely love to stay in the same flat again.
