Our newly renovated apartment is located in the vibrant Prague 3 district, an area known for its mix of trendy restaurants, great shopping, and a few of Prague’s most iconic landmarks. Perfect for larger groups, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, offering plenty of space and a homely atmosphere.
The apartment features 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine for your convenience. The spacious terrace provides a great spot to relax, with beautiful views — perfect for summer evenings. The terrace can also be enclosed during colder months, making it a comfortable space year-round. Whether you're visiting Prague for sightseeing, business, or a special event, this apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Interaction Support During Your Stay We are available via phone throughout your stay for any assistance or recommendations.
Registration and Tourist Tax: We use a third party provider "CheckIn" to register you with the foreign police and to collect the additional tourist tax of 50CZK per person per night. You will be sent a link when you book and you should complete this and pay before we check you in.
Check-in: We offer self check-in from 15:00. In case you need to arrive before 15:00, we will try to organize an early check-in for you, or at least to leave your bags while we clean. We will contact you to arrange your check-in personally.
Check- out: Checkout is at 11:00. We may be able to let you leave luggage later, depending on what we have arranged with any incoming guest.
Towels/bed linen provided.

Neighborhood Zizkov is a vibrant neighbourhood with many bars and restaurants. There is the TV Tower and Vitkov hill. Nearby there is a Tesco Express. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk away.
Transit From the Airport: Take the Bus 119 to Nadrazi Veleslavin. Take the metro to Mustek. From here (Vaclavske Namesti) you can take either tram 9 or 5 to stop Lipanska. It is a short walk from the tram stop. This journey takes approximately 1 hour.
Taxi: There is Uber and Bolt as well as standard taxi available. It is cheaper to book in advance.
From the Main Train Station: Take tram 9 to Lipanská (just two stops), then walk a short distance to the apartment.
Tram to the City Center: From Lipanská, it’s about five tram stops to the center. -CITY TAX
All guests are required to pay 2.1 € per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended.
Once you book, we will send you a link for online check in for submitting your data for the foreign police and payment of this tax.
-LATE CHECK IN CHARGE Late check-in fee 500CZK/20 € after 21:00 with 23:00 cut-off. No flights landing after 21:30.
-QUIET HOURS Prague's noise ordinance prohibits loud sounds between 10 PM and 6 AM.
-SMOKING Is highly prohibited in the apartment. If smoking in the apartment is found, a fine of the amount 250 € will be imposed.
-UNAGREED LATE CHECKOUT If unagreed late checkout, we have a right to fine the guest in amount of 50 €.
-WAITING FEE In case of being late for check in and not communicating about delay, we have right to charge the guests 20 € for every hour of waiting.

Nice area, quiet and cill location, but still in reach of city center. Advised adress was wrong, but after short clarification with the agent, we managed to find the right house. Everything was alright, we enjoyed the stay, thanks!
Lovely apartment, spacious, clean and bright. Terrace and covered deck are great spaces. Good location only a short walk from Tram and Bus stops, some good bars and cafe's near by.
Only improvement needed is making the listing address more specific.
All was really perfect, the flat is a great flat, all perfect in the flat.
Only one topic is a big problem: parking there is an extremely difficult issue. My colleagues asked me to book another accomodation the weeks after as they had so much difficulties to find a parking in the evening when coming out of the construction site. They had sometimes to park 4-5 km away from the flat. But I checked at FEWO and indicated "with parking". Perhaps there are some parkings near the flat, but in the late afternoon, it was absolutely impossible to find a parking there.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr professionell und immer verfügbar. Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet und alles im perfekten Zustand. Nur der Duchkopf in einem Bad sollte ausgewechselt werden (verstopft!)
God lejlighed med massere af plads og god terrasse, gulvet knirker dog en del og ligger ikke så godt, se hende kunne være bedre og bør udskiftes, eller dejligt rent og har alt hvad man behøver, samt tæt på sporvogn uden at det forstyrre
Das Appartement war für 12 personen gut ausgestattet. Lediglich 2 Dinge waren blöd. Im Fewo steht eine falsche anfahrtsbeschreibung. Das Appartement war dnn einige Minuten mit dem auto entfernt. Und der wasserdruck ließ ein normales Duschen eigentlich nicht zu. Aber ansonsten ist das Appartement gut an die innenstadt angebunden. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeebollautomaten und Eiswürfelmaschine usw. Also wir würden wieder hinfahren. Jetzt wissen wir ja wo das Appartement ist :)
Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung. Bei dieser Personenanzahl ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig bemessen. Geschirr, Besteck etc.waren reichlich vorhanden.
Die Wohnung wurde anscheinend nochmal renoviert (die Bilder des Anbieters zeigen noch den alten Zustand). Nuer Boden, Wände neu gestrichen, teilweise neue Betten, neue Wohnungstür. Alles sehr modern und top gepflegt. Kaffee, Tee, Toaster etc. - alles da, was das Herz begehrt.
Auch die Lage ist großartig, 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Straßenbahn-Haltestelle Lipanska entfernt, die Straße war trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ebenso direkt um die Ecke. In wenigen Minuten mit der Straßenbahn am Hauptbahnhof.
Der Eincheck-Vorgang war etwas holprig, die Gastgeber hatten uns am Anreisetag eine Mail mit neuen Infos geschickt, die wir nicht gesehen hatten. Weitere Infos kamen per Whatsapp. Wenn man das weiß, ist das Einchecken kein Problem. Wir konnten sogar deutlich vor dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt in die Wohnung.
Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und hatten tolle Tage in Prag. Vielen Dank für alles!
