This apartment is located in a building with no lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. Great attention was paid to the original architectural features of the building, that were restored in keeping with tradition and classic Madrilenian style.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment door is accessed through a beautiful interior balcony overlooking the courtyard of the building.
The apartment boasts a spotless design merging beauty, charm and comfort.
The sleeping area comes with 3 bedrooms separated by floor-to-ceiling glass dividers that provide a sense of visual amplitude. At night, curtains can be drawn for maximum privacy. Two of the bedrooms are provided with a double bed, while the third one is equipped with two single beds. The living room comes with a double sofa bed.
There are two full bathrooms with shower.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts of modern living: Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ...

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT).
