A lovely bright newly extensively renovated seaside house, with sea views, 200m from the beach, and Worthing town centre.
York house is on a quiet street a short walk from just about everything - cafes, restaurants & bars, playgrounds & parks, shops, galleries & theatres. 5 mins walk along the seafront to the Pier, and The Dome
The house has plenty of space and light, beds for everyone. It's perfect for large family groups with kids, couples, groups of friends and business travellers
The house is a warm, sunny Victorian home with large rooms, which have been completely renovated, giving it an elegant stylish feel but it still has a quirky character.
The dining table will sit up to 12 people and the kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a proper meal, basic ingredients (tea, coffee, etc.) are provided.
The bedrooms are configured as a ground floor double, upstairs, 2x King bedrooms and a twin, plus adjoining the master bedroom is a bedroom with a twin daybed which is perfect for families with young children or friends that are happy to share.
There are two family bathrooms and a lovely sunny garden.
Parking is on street with permits we provide for free.
There's a good WIFI connection, a new smart TV that you can access your Netflix account

Long weekend in October
Ideal for both the beach and shops and restaurants, house has a nice feel to it. Really comfy beds, enough hot water and towels for everyone. Not far to visit Brighton and Littlehampton. Great that the host sorted out permits for 2 cars, the others used local car park. Traffic warden did visit the street! We loved Worthing

We have lots of great restaurants and bars reopening in Worthing some also for take away and home delivery service. Close to the property, if you head to the beach then the Crab shack award winning seafood is amazing but also very very busy. The Corner house -is a big open family pub with a good lunch, - and for Brunch on the beach head for Coast. Level 1 is an new outdoor dining experience with great seafood, burgers and pizza's - All are dog friendly.
Jonny's The Woods, The Beach house and Burger mee all good burger restaurants all also doing home delivery.
The Grape do a great brunch and tapas style menu and Finch also does the best bloody Mary's in town and if your looking for more of a dining experience then last years master chef winner Kenny Tutt opened his restaurant in Warwick st called Pitch - but you have book.
He has also just launched a food truck every weekend parked next to the Lido.
2 minutes walk from the house is Coast cafe and Splash point both very family friendly with a large sandy park and splash pad.
