About this property

Reed Warbler Cottage, Ballinrobe - central to anything you might want to see/do

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances needed in a modern home. There is an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, heat pump dryer, kettle, toaster and a coffee pod machine, It is fully equipped with utensils and a range crockery, saucepans, cutlery and glasses. There is also a dining table with seating for 8 people.

The house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8 people. All of the rooms have double beds with bed linen and a bath & hand towel provided for each guest.

There are two bathrooms one with an electric shower and one is a pumped shower. One bathroom is equipped to cater to those who may have a disability.

The sitting room contains a wood burning stove perfect for cosy evenings, a smart tv and a generous amount of seating. The house and water are heated by an oil burner but the stove located in the sitting room also heats the radiators and water when lit.

An Iron, Ironing board, clothes airer and laundry basket are also provided.

A small outbuilding at the rear of the house has a clothes line and space for storing any adventure gear, fishing equipment or bikes you may have.

Charcoal barbecue and outdoor furniture are also provided for outdoor dining.

Not only was the house amazing, they were great hosts, with lots of amenities like snacks, coffee, and toiletries there. Would highly recommend.

Lovely experience

The property is cozy and comfortable. We needed some special accommodations for our 82 year old mom with limited mobility this property was able to meet all of her needs. The Host is simply amazing! She was so helpful beforehand and while we were there. Words can not express how perfect this exerience was for our family.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cette charmante location très agréable et tout à fait fonctionnelle. On se sent très bien dans cette maison spacieuse. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et reçoivent avec des petits paniers pleins de surprises. Bien placé pour découvrir les beaux paysages, châteaux et pubs de l'ouest de l'Irlande.
