The property is refurbished to a good standard and is short stroll from all the amenities of Central Cheltenham, Montpelier and Bath Road, and is approximately 2 miles from Cheltenham race course. There is off-street parking for one car. The home is well-equipped for your holiday or work-stay in Cheltenham and the Cotswolds.

The house is part of a converted Victorian School, full of character, with a contemporary interior. An open plan living/dining room is complemented by an open staircase to two double bedrooms with exposed beams, and a modern bathroom. The house is cozy, yet light and airy.

The house is a short stroll to Cheltenham Town Centre, and is a stones throw from the amenities of Bath Road. It is part of the Tivoli/Montpellier area of Cheltenham, with many unique restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. Cheltenham College and Cheltenham Ladies College are a short walk away
Getting Around:
The house is approximately half a mile from Cheltenham main line station. Public transport in the form of buses abound, but getting around Cheltenham is was by foot. Buses to the outskirts of Cheltenham, Gloucester and various Cotswold villages all have routes close to the house.
Private off-street parking is provided for one vehicle. Additional metered parking is available in the surrounding streets.
