Location Is the best you may imagine in combination with surprisingly quiet street. No outside noise at all. Apartment is newly renovated. Niccolo was an excellent host, immediately responsive to all inquirements. Garage is in close proximity and took care of ZTL upon our arrival.

The apartment was tucked away in a quiet alley but only mins away from all the main attractions and shopping. Host was very responsive to messages and very pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first time in Florence and in Italy.

The apartment is in an amazing location, walking distance to everything. It was just as the pictures showed on site. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer although it was small and a little bit on the noisy side. We really enjoyed everything about our stay in Florence and this apartment.

Amazing Location!

This spot was a great deal for where it was. You walk outside and are a few steps from the famous Al Antico Vinaio paninis! The beds were comfortable and the space was good for what we needed as we were not in the apartment much. Niccolo was very responsive and helped coordinate an early check-in which was much appreciated since we arrived from the airport very early! I would recommend this place to those who want prime location and an affordable stay.

Great location!

This was a great place to explore the main tourist attractions of Florence from! We walked to almost everything we wanted to see. It was very clean and quiet. The AC was great. And having a washer/dryer was a huge plus! Niccolò was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to anything that came up. They even ran us over extra towels at night! Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place in Florence, Italy.

The property owner provided all the details a day before arriving, which made it easy to get to know the information before arriving at the B&B. The place was clean, and it was nice! To stay there! One night there was a party out on the street and it was very noisy. We just closed the door to the room and all the noise was block out! NOT A BAD REVIEW TO THE PLACE! I would book this location on my next try to Florence!

Amazing location, and wonderful apartment

Look no further. This place is right next to Uffizi Gallery + The Galileo Museum. We stayed here for 7 days and would 100% book again. Niccolo was a very responsive and kind host. He provided us with a map of all of the local attractions, and some great suggestions for places to eat and explore. This was the best VRBO I've ever stayed in, in terms of cleanliness, appliances, location and price. Thank you again Niccolo!

Awesome stay in Florence!

The host was very responsive. The check in and check out process was easy. The apartment was spotless!! The apartment is on the top floor. Everything was very clean including the floors, linens and towels that were provided. Extra towels were also provided which came in very handy. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. The washing machine was the best I've used in a European apartment. It was spacious and it completely dried the clothes, so that we didn't need to lay them out everywhere in the apartment. The AC was also excellent, which was a nice touch given that the temperature outside was almost 100 degrees while we were there. The apartment was reasonably priced and exactly as posted. One note is that the single bedroom is connected to the double bedroom and both rooms share an AC unit so to keep the single bedroom cool the door has to stay open.Everything is updated and modern, beds were comfortable and the location was convenient to all the major sites. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Fantastic location

This small apartment is very nicely appointed with modern furniture and appliances. The location is fantastic. We had short walks to the Uffizi, the Palazzo Vecchio and the Ponte Vecchio. We also found two great restaurants, a good pizzeria and great gelato very close by. We did not spend a lot of time there, so the size wasn’t an issue, and it was a great base from which to explore the city. Be aware that it is a second-story walk up, so you have to climb somewhat narrow stairs to get in and out. The combination washer / dryer came in handy for us and is a nice feature. Our host was communicative and accommodating, and check in and check out were easy. I would definitely stay here again.
