Fabulous location just steps away from Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi. Comfortable beds and pull out sofa bed. The washer/dryer came in clutch for the middle of our family’s tour of Italy. Niccolo was a fabulous host and was very responsive and helpful with familiarizing us with what was around and made us feel very at home. Gracie Niccolo! We will definitely be staying here when we return to beautiful Firenze!!

This place was perfect. Steps from Ponte Vecchio and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Don’t miss out on the view from Piazza Michelangelo, which is also a short walk from this apartment. We were able to take a taxi from train station to the front door!!!I will come back to Florence and I will stay here again.This city a built for walking, and this place sets you up perfectly. Also close to a lot of great places to eat! You can’t go wrong. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

The apartment is in an amazing location, walking distance to everything. It was just as the pictures showed on site. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer although it was small and a little bit on the noisy side. We really enjoyed everything about our stay in Florence and this apartment.

Amazing Location!

This spot was a great deal for where it was. You walk outside and are a few steps from the famous Al Antico Vinaio paninis! The beds were comfortable and the space was good for what we needed as we were not in the apartment much. Niccolo was very responsive and helped coordinate an early check-in which was much appreciated since we arrived from the airport very early! I would recommend this place to those who want prime location and an affordable stay.

Location Is the best you may imagine in combination with surprisingly quiet street. No outside noise at all. Apartment is newly renovated. Niccolo was an excellent host, immediately responsive to all inquirements. Garage is in close proximity and took care of ZTL upon our arrival.
