Great Spot

Terrific Apartment, spacious, well equipped, clean, and very comfy. Mamta who checked me in was delightful and super helpful. Located in quiet courtyard with mature magnolia. Highly recommend.

Great Condo in Florence

Stayed at this great condo with my family for five nights. Its conveniently located to all the best sites and is a short 3-minute walk to the train station.

Extremely central and quiet

A lovely hidden gem close to central station. Minor draw back … you compete with others for hot water in the morning, so get in early or show in the evenings.

Convenient Location Near Station

We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located apartment. Everything was clean and fresh, and the hosts were kind, helpful, and responded very quickly to all of our queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It is important to know that the street has duplicate numbers- one set for residents (as for this apartment) and one for businesses.

Firenze Apartment

This apartment suited our family of 5 adults very well. It is beautifully renovated and has 2 washrooms which made it easy for us to get ready to go out. Florence is very walkable and this apartment is centrally located to the train station which helped us with a day trip to Pisa. It was challenging to reach the host through the VRBO app at times. The host mentioned that the messages I had sent did not come through until a day later. Once the messages were received, the host was very responsive.

Couldn't ask for a better spot!

An absolutely lovely property. We had left Florence for a couple of days, myself to Lucca, my sister's family to Artemino for a wedding. We needed a one-night location, and this fit the bill beatifully. Not to mention, it is a four-minute walk to SMN. Mamta's communication with me throughout was impeccable, and very professional. It was a pleasure working with her. I cant recommend Scala 56 enough. Grazie mille! Russell

Gutes Apartment in Innenstadtnähe

Saubere Wohnung in Innenstadtnähe. Sehr sauber. Wohnzimmer könnte etwas gemütlicher sein (Bestuhlung und Licht), Küche ist etwas spartanisch ausgestattet (keine Weingläser, kein Obstmesser). Aber insgesamt eine sehr gute ruhige Wohnung.

Excellent choice for a family in central Florence

The apartment was very well situated, only a few hundred metres from the main train station and an easy 15-20 min walk to all of the key sites in downtown Florence. It was very clean, quiet (due to a courtyard between the apartment and the main street), and was exactly as pictured on the website. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. All in all, an excellent choice!
