This was a picture perfect stay and the location was an ideal base to explore the many neighbouring villages. We enjoyed being on a sheep farm and were delighted to see many baby lambs as we wandered the public footpaths. We plan to return!

Another great stay
Well the fact that we have now been back five times and have already booked our sixth, probably says it all.
Lovely place to have some R&R, with plenty of places to visit near at hand.
Would highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable
Very thoughtfully laid out accommodation which was clean and comfortable. Lovely quiet location within easy reach of the best of the Cotswolds. The provision of a pint of milk and a packet of delicious locally produced biscuits was a nice touch. We would very happily stay here again.

A return visit
This was our 7th visit, so it probably says it all.
Lovely place, peaceful spot but with plenty of places to visit within easy reach. Stratford on Avon for theatre, National Trust houses, and some lovely gardens.

Fabulous break away
The converted barn is on the edge of the village and was exceptionally well furnished and comfortable. The village is a picturesque chocolate box of thatched cottages and the pub is within walking distance . Loved the outdoor setting and space around the barn

Absolutely lovely
The only thing I would suggest is that the living room needed another seat to accommodate the 4 guests
The bedrooms need blackout blinds for the summertime
Lovely property in quiet location. Easy access to great places to visit. Property well equipped and a lovely village on the doorstep

A Home From Home
This is the second time we've stayed at Homepiece and it really does feel like a home from home for us. We absolutely love this part of The Cotswolds, and Homepiece is the perfect place to stay to be able to enjoy everything it has to offer. Such a cosy barn with plenty of character. We will definitely keep on coming back with our young daughter as she grows up.

Lovely Clean, modern, barn conversion. Kitchen excellent with all the appliances easy to use and working. Living room , small, but comfortable easy chairs and lovely wood burner.
Bedrooms good .
Brilliant amount of space for parking.
A little chilly , as we stayed in cold December and the under floor heating was not adequate especially in the sitting room until you got the fire going. I am sure this can be adjusted.

1 Home Piece
Lovely, well-equipped cottage on the edge of a pretty, untouristy Cotswold village. Great village pub and plenty of local footpaths to enjoy, including a walk across the fields to Chipping Campden with its shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
1 Homepece was just what we needed to explore the Cotswold for four days. Check in was seamless and the host was quick to respond. It was roomy for the two of us and the master bed was very comfortable. We needed the well stocked kitchen for breakfast and preparing lunches for the day. You can expect a quiet visit. Each morning we enjoyed coffee outside taking in the peaceful setting. Keep an eye out for the sheep that greeted us each morning. Dinner and a pint down the road at Bakers Arm is a must! When we return we'll definetly book again.
Ideallic location to just get away. The accomodation has a homely welcome and feel. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Short stay in a lovely barn conversion
We had a lovely stay in your Barn conversion. It was so peaceful and quiet especially at night. We stargazed in the garden as there was no light pollution! Perfect. The log fire was comforting. Overall a lovely relaxing break that we needed. Thank you
We loved this cottage. This was our final stop for three nights after four weeks driving around the UK and we definitely saved the best for last. The cottage is perfect, everything as is on the listing an more. The village of Broad Campden is picturesque and the walk the Chipping Campden was easy with a good path through the fields.
Had a great time here for a long weekend away with the family
Information given prior for the location and access was excellent.
On arrival there was milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, fruit and cookies which we thought was a nice touch, the was also some boardgames and jigsaws in the living room
Everything was clean and tidy, WiFi speed was reasonable around 10mbs.
Location was perfect for us, away from the main tourists areas, only a short walk to Broad Campden or a slightly longer one to Chipping Campden.
Overall a fantastic place to stay, would definitely stay again.

A lovely stay
A good location close to the heart of the Cotswolds but quiet and yet easy access to the surrounding area. Well fitted out and clean accommodation which met all our needs. Easy access to walking routes. We had one occasion where we needed to phone about a faulty tap in the kitchen. We went out for the day and came back to find it had been fixed. Very good response and service. We would recommend 1 Home Piece to others wanting a stay in the Cotswolds.

Relaxing stay
The only thing that spoilt it for us was we couldn’t get the property warm enough despite under floor heating.
The lounge was only warm enough when we lit the fire.
Tried adjusting thermostats but to no avail and floors did not seem warm. Bathroom was cold and could not dry towels.
Also if you want a bath the water gradually drains away as the seal did not work.
Apart from that we were happy with everything else

Thank you!
Wonderful cottage in charming farm location. Clean and well decorated. The only improvement I would suggest would be to add electric portable fans for the bedrooms. The house becomes quite hot and hard to sleep in the heat even with windows open. Britain is getting warmer than it used to be.
Also, I bought some paper towels and Kleenex for the property.
