Independent Villa in Castiglione del Lago

Casale Gioiello is in a unique location with breathtaking views, surrounded by extensive meadows, olive groves, fruit trees and many aromatic plants such as rosemary and lavender. On the border between Umbria and Tuscany, it is the ideal farmhouse to discover the beauties of both regions.

Independent villa of 10 + 4 sleeps composed of a main building and a small lodge.
The main building (8+2 sleeps) is composed by a large living room with fireplace while two doors lead to the covered terrace and to the garden. On the same floor there is a spacious kitchen, typical of a country house, with marble top and a fireplace / barbecue, fully equipped with all appliances. Again on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and a separate laundry. The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and a double bedroom, a seating area between the bedrooms is provided with a comfortable double sofa bed. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a bathtub.
The cottage (2+2 sleeps) has a large entrance through which you can access the large living area with open kitchen. The ceiling is very high with bricks and exposed beams. The master bedroom offers a beautiful view of the olive grove. Next door is a bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads to a beautiful loft with partially low ceiling, where there is a single bed and one in a square and a half. The same spiral staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a laundry with washing machine and a second bathroom with shower. The cottage has its own driveway with private parking.
The large covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your meals. The large grass lawn offers relaxation on comfortable garden furniture. Guests have access to the beautiful swimming pool with outdoor shower, surrounded by hedges and herbal plants.

Prices include water, gas, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly). Electricity to be paid on the spot € 100.00 per week.
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Baby cot € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
