Banana Plantation & Little Group Of Houses, Heated Pool, free wi-fi . Situated on an extremely quiet area of South Tenerife, this property has a large heated pool and paddle court in the middle of a old banana plantation that has been there for more than 100 years. The star of the property is the "really heated" swimming pool which is ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. Free Wi-fi. Near the pool area there is a large reading room with comfortable sofas. There is also a paddle court and barbeque area. Free mineral water dispenser (also soda water). Each house has a solárium on the roof, with sunbeds, also a private front terrace with outdoor furniture and a back terrace also very private.
The finca offers 4 one bedroom houses + 6 two bedroom houses + 1 three bedroom house. It is located within walking distance to some local restaurants, supermarket, bakery and Taxi-bus stop. There are solar pannels to get the most of the sun as we are on the way to being a sustainable farm

Fantastic place!

Fantastic quiet friendly place in beautifull green garden and banana plantage. Staff was super nice and helpfull, we could even store our luggage there when we went on a road trip for some days. Pool was lovely and heated. Our kids loved it. The place is close to many activities like Siam park, Barraco del infierno and El Medano. You do need a car if you stay here. Highly recommend it!

Bananen wohin man schaut

Die Appartements sind sehr sauber. Einige sind schon was in die Jahre gekommen - aber gepflegt. Einige wurden wohl auch schon renoviert. Sehr viele schöne Blumen, Pflanzen, Bäume, Palmen und Eidechsen 😁 Sehr empfehlenswert für Leute, die nicht in eine Bettenburg wollen, allerdings ist ein Mietwagen angeraten.

Sehr fein, wer keinen Trubel mag

Check in problemlos. Objekt sehr großzügig und sauber. Wir bekamen sogar ein größeres Haus als wir dachten. Pool sehr gepflegt! Verbesserungsvorschläge: -Mückengitter zumindest an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Die Biester waren sehr lästig. -im Haus 13 fehtl irgendwie eine gemütliche Lounge zum draußen sitzen. Auch die Gartnitur zum Essen ist aus Plastik und da das Objekt sonst sehr toll ist, stört das. Jammern aber auf hohem Niveau, denn es ist absolut zum weiterempfehlen!

Lovely setting with a great pool

Lovely clean cottage with excellent modern facilities inside. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. There were no problems with check in and the detailed instructions for arrival were very helpful.

4th visit! Says it all!

Love this place, it's a real oasis, surrounded by nature! To walk through the banana plantation is a real privilege! Our granddaughter played " Gruffalo hunt" there at least once a day! The pool and grounds are spotless , with lush plants and flowers. The cottages are extremely clean, comfortable and reasonably well equipped. The new free drinking water dispenser is a great feature. The staff are always smiling and very helpful.

Schöne kleine Anlage in einer Bananenplantage

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Casa Punta del Lomo. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt und die Unterkunft ist eine kleine Insel der Erholung. Der Reihenbungalow war sehr groß mit einer Dachterrasse und einer Terrasse vor dem Haus. Der Pool ist toll und die Bananenplantage lädt zwischendurch zu einem kleinen Spaziergang ein. Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso ein Supermarkt. Für die Anreise ist ein Auto nötig, aber das sollte man auf Teneriffa eh haben, um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Ort selber ist unspektakulär. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und liebenswürdig. Einzig die Internetverbindung war nicht immer stabil, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört.

Tolle Location

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in herrlichem Gartengrundstück. Unser Haus war sehr sauber, mit 2 Bädern, die direkt über die Schlafzimmer zugänglich sind. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben trotz des nahen Flughafens absolut ruhig geschlafen. Es gibt auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Finca this was a great holiday.

Our overall impression was excellent. The accommodation was very nice and cosy with all the tools in the kitchen you needed for a first class self catering holiday. The pool was excellent surrounded by gardens and of course the bannana plantation. The staff were very helpful in making it a very enjoyable holiday. We are hoping to return again next year. Living inside a banana plantation

So helping from the point of booking, really clean apartments, set in one of the most beautiful settings. If your a plant nut like me you will be in heaven! I would defo get a car, as there is not much in the village it’s set in ( you might like that!) but it’s my car it’s easy to get around to Las Americas & Los Cristianos. It’s great to stay here as it’s in its own little haven away and off the tourist route. We would definitely recommend you walking round the full complex as the gardens & grounds are breathtaking Will come back! Thanks for having us 🌴

Nettes Apartment in der Plantage

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr außergewöhnlich und die Apartments sind schön angelegt, der Pool ist grandios, sehr ruhig, leider wurde das Apartment neben uns renoviert, deshalb immer Lärm vor allem morgens. Die Bäder waren sauber aber echt heruntergekommen, die Küche war nicht gerade gustiös, alles extrem abgelehnt und die Kasteln haben innen furchtbar nach Moder gestunken, man wollte am liebsten gar nichts angreifen, für ein paar Tage absolut ok vor allem mit Kindern aber für länger kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

Vielen Dank für deine netten Kommentare. Ja, die Finca beginnt mit der kompletten Renovierung von Küchen und Badezimmern. Wir beginnen mit einigen Häusern und werden speziell in der Nebensaison weitermachen, um den Aufwand für andere Gäste zu minimieren. Ja, der Pool ist der Star auf dieser Finca, besonders da er beheizt ist!

Très bon séjour!

Excellent séjour, le cadre est idyllique, au milieu d une végétation dense et riche. Le complexe est au milieu d une bananeraie. Nous avons eu la chance d etre surclassé pour le même prix, très appréciable. Le petit plus :Une bouteille de vin nous attendait pour l aperitif. Par ailleurs je souligne l excellent contact avec Ana la gérante ( pas présente sur place mais très réactive par mail) qui a su nous donner des conseils en matière de bonnes adresses pour diner et nous ravitailler. En conclusion je recommande +++

Lovely resort in middle of banana plantation.very quiet during our stay. We didnot have a car but used the local buses to visit different areas. Bus stop only 2 mins away. Local shops within walking distance for basic groceries. Also at 24 hour shop by bus stops is a cafeteria to have drinks. Cakes & you can get your bus pass here. Ana from homeaway very helpful when booking and throughout our stay. Facilities as described in advertisement. The only reason 4 stars is because albeit apartment really nice. My friend thought there was a slight smell of drains inher bathroom albeit if we had reported it i am sure it would of been dealt with during our stay. Mine was fine. I would recommend this little resort

Perfekter Aufenthalt in exotischer Umgebung

Sehr angenehme kleine Anlage. 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit 2 Doppelschlafzimmern und einem grossen Aufenthaltsraum mit Esstisch und Kochecke. Die Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach und ein bequemer Sitzplatz mit Sitzgruppe und Esstisch vor dem Wohnungseingang komplettieren das Appartement. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und in einem fast exotischen Ambiente inmitten der Bananenplantage. Ein weiteres Plus sind ausreichende Parkplätze in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich. Für Ruhesuchende, die nicht unbedingt Panorama-Meersicht suchen, absolut empfehlenswert!

superbe séjour

Nous y avons passé une dizaine de jours fin octobre . La résidence est superbe, telle que sur les photos. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel. L'ensemble est très agréable. Les abords de la piscine sont magnifiques, néanmoins, l'eau de la piscine était franchement froide, un filet d'eau sortant est effectivement tiède, mais c'est nettement insuffisant pour réchauffer une piscine en cette saison, malgré la température extérieure de l'air de 25°C l'après-midi. Seuls quelques enfants très courageux se baignaient parfois, et personne ne profitait du jacuzzy...c'est dommage... La résidence est extrêmement calme, aucun soucis pour dormir ! Les terrasses sont très agréables , permettent de prendre des repas et de profiter de la magnifique végétation... La résidence est assez proche des plages auxquelles on accède très rapidement. Tenerife possède de nombreux micro-climats et en automne, il est préférable de se trouver dans cette partie de l'île ( pendant notre séjour, il pleuvait quasiment partout sauf du coté de Los Cristianos...). Une voiture est souhaitable, un parking ombragé fait partie de la résidence. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

A wonderful peaceful and secluded place!

A lovely bungalow on a very cool banana plantation. Two spacious bedrooms each with a bathroom with amazing warm powerful showers. Spacious living/ dining area with a well equipped kitchen. The front patio was lovely and private with beautiful trees and flowers everywhere. A stones throw from the great little pool which our daughter loved. We went in the school holidays but it was never too busy. The surrounding area isn't the most beautiful but we enjoyed days out at the volcano and Siam Water Park and evening meals in Los Abrigos (good fish) and spent the rest of our week just chilling at this lovely accommodation. Highly recommend.

Wonderful peace and tranquility close to many attractions and busier towns

We stayed here in the 2 bed apartment for a week in June with our 4 year and loved it. It's only a 10 minute drive from the airport (there isn't any noise from the aircraft though) and because it's in an enclosed gated area embedded within a banana plantation you feel secure and like you're far away from the huge hotels and overcrowded towns. The apartments are spacious and offer plenty of necessities. The outdoor area in front of the apartments are lovely eating outside and the sun terrace on the top is a sun trap with it's loungers. There isn't any air con but to be honest we didn't need it. The ceiling fans in the rooms were quiet enough to be left on overnight (if needed) and provided a sufficient cooling effect that we were very comfortable. The showers were very powerful (no baths) but our daughter loves showers so this worked perfectly for us. The pool is lovely. It can be a bit chilly if it's windy and overcast but no more so than any of the other pools/the sea. We hired a car which made getting around easy. Aqualand/Siam Park & Mall/Los Cristianos and many others were all within 10-15 minutes in the car so very close and easy to get to. The supermarket was great and is also approx 5 to 10 minutes in the car so also close. We arrived on Sunday and the supermarket was closed so it's worth checking if they're going to be open when you arrive otherwise there are small coroner shops that are very close (3 minute walk) which sell the bare essentials until you can get to the supermarkets. We tended to eat during our days trips so I can't vouch for any of the local restaurants but we did thoroughly enjoy our stay. We didn't notice much or any noise from neighbours although I think it was a bit quieter when we were there and not all apartments were in use. Overall a great time and would happily recommend it.

Feriendomizil innerhalb Bananenplantage und tollem Pool

kleine, familiäre Anlage in einer Bananenplantage. Der versprochene beheizte Pool war einfach genial, da das Baden im Meer Ende März leider noch nicht angenehm war. Im Poolbereich standen stets leckere Bananen zum Snacken bereit. Cool war auch die große Dachterrasse. Nur eine Tischgruppe "fehlte" dort, die stand ja auf der Terrasse am Eingang.

Yes, I agree that the most important advantage of this property is the Heated pool, as swimming on the sea in March might be a bit cold, even if you have sunshine! Yes, of course you can serve yourself the bananas! //Vielen Dank für Ihre freundlichen Worte. Ja, ich stimme zu, dass der wichtigste Vorteil dieser Eigenschaft der beheizte Pool ist, da das Schwimmen auf dem Meer im März ein bisschen kalt sein kann, auch wenn Sie Sonnenschein haben!
