Villa Novasun is an attractive 4 bedroom property located in the residential area of Costa Nova, Javea. The inviting private pool is surrounded by lawn, an ideal place to top up your tan whilst sipping a cool refreshment, and the shaded terrace is great for alfresco dining. There are a few local restaurants within walking distance, and the vibrant resort centre of Javea is just 10 minutes' drive away. Here you'll find an array of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants, plus the sandy Arenal Beach. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Novasun is a detached property set in the attractive residential area of Costa Nova, a great place to get away from it all, while still being close enough to the main hub of Javea. The villa is ideally situated for walking to several restaurants, or a 10 minute drive will take you to the bustling Javea Old Town, with even more eateries to choose from. The main sandy Arenal Beach with its bars, restaurants and extensive shops, is also a short 10 minute drive. Our villas Madeleine and Contenta are nearby.
