Delightful villa at 800 meters from the beautiful beaches of Pittulongu

Perfectly relaxing holidays in a quiet area immersed in the typical Sardinian Mediterranean scrub. The large veranda with sea view and the large garden allows you to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces of the house. The house is easily reachable by car and is about 10 minutes from the port and Costa Smeralda airport of Olbia. The house is composed of a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom complete with tub-shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 other single beds in the mezzanine, (the house is complete with crockery, plates, glasses and bed and bathroom linen). The villa is completed by a beautiful covered veranda of 22 m2 (with sea view) adjacent to the 500 m2 garden that surrounds the entire house in which there is a water reserve. There are at least 3 private parking spaces, washing machine, hot/cold ducted air conditioning, satellite TV and WI-FI. About 1 km from the house there is a supermarket and a delicious artisan bakery. In the area there are several restaurants and pizzerias. The house is about 4 km from Olbia, 12 km from Golfo Aranci, 20 km from the famous Costa Smeralda and 30 km from San Teodoro. The house is particularly appreciated by guests for its comfort, tranquility and proximity to Olbia and the most beautiful places in the north-east of Sardinia.

Great find!

We had 3 wonderful nights at Patrizia’s nice home. The house is comfortable, exceptionally clean, in a quiet safe location and has all the necessities needed. There are nearby beaches, a convenient market and an excellent bakery minutes away. The location is also a good base for day trips to other amazing places in Northeast Sardinia. Patrizia is a consummate host, whose warm welcome, suggestions and availability made it an extra special stay. We hope to return.

Serenity in Sardinia

Our hosts were very attentive and helped with the washer and coffee maker. They were always available if we had any questions. The location is excellent and serves all sites around Olbia. Arzechena, the Museum beaches all close by. Well equipped for cooking. Great view of the Tyrannean Sea from the lovely private porch. Tv with English language news also a plus.

Patrizia ist eine sehr herzliche, unterstützende Gastgeberin. Ohne sie hätte ich wesentlich weniger von Sizilien erfahren, weniger erlebt. Sie half uns beim Bestellen von Tickets, beim Auffinden von Museen und war immer sehr interessiert daran, wie es uns geht und ob sie helfen kann. Wir haben sehr oft über whatsApp kommuniziert. Das Haus hat eine ideale Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Berg Tavola. Bäume geben dem Garten Schatten. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Überall trafen wir auf nette, interessierte Menschen. Ich kann dieses Urlaubsdomizil wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man wirkliches Interesse an Land und Leuten hat.Wir haben von da aus die gesamte Insel mit Tagestouren durchfahren und erlebt. ... eine herzliche Empfehlung, wenn Sie Sardinien wirklich erleben wollen ...

Séjour à Pittulongu

On a passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. Elle est très confortable et conforme à la description. Elle est bien placée pour découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne Costa Smeralda ,Iles Maddelena , Capo Testa etc... Elle est aussi proche de l'aéroport pour les départs de bonne heure.

So soll es sein 😍. Das erste Mal auf Sardinien und dann ein Glücksgriff! Patricia und Antonello sind so liebenswerte Gastgeber und wir bedanken uns nochmal herzlich für die freundliche Aufnahme. Die Villa ist toll eingerichtet und wir haben uns von Anfang an zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll und trotz der Nähe zu Olbia absolut ruhig. Una struttura eccellente gestita da una persona di una cordialità non comune e che conosce il valore dell'accoglienza come nessuno. Résidence très agréable

L'hébergement est très bien aménagé. La terrasse extérieure est super. L'accès à la chambre de l'étage se fait par un escalier très raide. La cuisine est correctement équipée, à l'exception d'un micro-ondes, d'une essoreuse salade, d'un presse agrumes. La possibilité de Wi-Fi serait un avantage supplémentaire.

Vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette location très confortable et propre, avec une terrasse très agréable, idéalement située au niveau géographique pour découvrir une grande partie de cette île magnifique. Le plus de cette location est la proximité d’une très jolie plage à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Patrizia est une hôtesse merveilleuse, très accueillante, sympathique, très disponible tout en étant discrète qui nous a donné de très bons conseils et qui a été aux petits soins pour nous. True paradise

Estuvimos pasando una días maravillosos. La casa estaba muy limpia, ordenada con un buen aire acondicionado, camas cómodas y una cocina muy completa. Hay un jardín muy agradable para descansar. Las fotos no alcanzan a mostrar toda la belleza de este lugar El lugar perfecto donde está ubicada es Recomiendo playa Bados a 5 minutos de la casa, un paraíso! Patrizia y Antonello encantadores, nos estaban esperando a pesar de nuestro retraso con la mejor de las sonrisas. Sin duda volveré ! No lo duden y quédense en este lugar de ensueño!!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Apartment war sehr sauer und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Patrizia war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns einen selbstgemachten Mirto in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Garten und eine tolle Terrasse. Es eignet sich von der Lage super um die costa smeralda zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist sehr von Vorteil.

La sardegna a giugno

Ottima esperienza in Sardegna grazie all’ospitalità di Patrizia che ci ha accolto meravigliosamente. La casa rispecchia a pieno la tipologia di alloggio adatto a trascorrere una vacanza in un posto di mare. Super accessoriata, dal tovagliato per la cucina, condimenti, stoviglie. Veranda stupenda, ampia, riparata e vivibile tutto il giorno. Località di mare tranquilla e comoda per girare le più belle spiagge della Sardegna.
