Experience the beauty and architecture of this historic, restored building featuring Chicago brick walls, spacious 10 ft. ceilings, 7 ft. windows, original birds eye maple floors and all the amenities of home. It's convenient location is within walking distance of restaurants and bars, a bakery, hardware store, hair salons and spas, boutiques and more. The building was purchased in 1995 for my custom framing studio. In 1999-2000 the 2nd floor was transformed into living space for my family. In 2018 I decided to let guests enjoy this beautiful space thru VRBO. This space is very dear to my heart and continue to make it an inviting space for families.

The historic downtown location is a hidden treasure! Walk out to a great bakery and eateries. Very quiet and walkable.
