The Gallery 293 Historic Loft is a beautiful 2,500 sq. ft. loft located in historic downtown Coopersville, MI. The loft is the only residential unit in the building. Experience the beauty and architecture of this historic, restored building featuring Chicago brick walls, spacious 10 ft. ceilings, 7 ft. windows, original birds eye maple floors and all the amenities of home. It's convenient location is within walking distance of restaurants and bars, a bakery, hardware store, hair salons and spas, boutiques and more. Located between Grand Rapids and the lakeshore and minutes away from Interstate 96, the Historic Loft is close to downtown Grand Rapids businesses and attractions, as well as Lake Michigan's beautiful beaches, dunes and miles of bike/walking trails.

Beautiful loft is a very comfortable place to stay.

The place is big and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms were big and the living space was large and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting access but the owner was available immediately to provide us the info we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, beautifully decorated loft. 3 large bedrooms, 2 living areas and a great kitchen. We spent Memorial weekend in a quaint town with a great bakery and pizza restaurant. The property was great. Huge space for everyone. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I rented this space to have a weekend where all of the kids and their significant others could stay. We went to Fredrick Meijer Garden's in GR and then spent some time in Grand Haven. It's located right in between both areas. I would suggest the Coopersville Brewery, the Creamery (located just next door) and the Delly Belly Baker (across the street) for donuts/breakfast in the morning. We just had a very relaxing weekend.
