Ático del Buen CANTAOR is a very special penthouse, with an excellent location in the heart of the old town, just a step away from the beautiful Campo del Sur and with a terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can spend the best moments with your loved ones while enjoying spectacular views of the entire historic centre of our beautiful city.



The 42m2 accommodation on the 4th floor with lift, has 1 bedroom with queen size bed and capacity for up to 3 people thanks to its comfortable sofa-bed. It also has a practical living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and a bathroom with shower where you can get ready for the best nights in Cadiz.



Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made when you arrive. In the flat you will also find an iron and a hoover.

The location of this property was very good. Close to shops, restaurants, train station and the beach was an easy walk. The property was dirty, the shower had mold and hot water wasn’t always available also the kitchen was very basic. Because the apartment was so substandard, we only cooked in it a couple of times. We booked it for the two terraces. The terraces were in bad shape, broken concrete, rusty furniture and really not a place you would care to spend time. The two chairs on the rooftop were fine. I’m sorry to leave such poor comments, but this was a disappointing experience.

The apartment is excellently placed in this wonderful city. The terrace and rooftop adds to the enjoyment of the apartment which is well described in the write up online. The management company were very helpful at all times.

The apartment is small but tidy and practical. There is a nice terrace with a beautiful view and there's a roof terrace with a breathtaking surround view, really amazing. Cadiz4Rentals cared for us in a very smooth and friendly way. We wil return.

Schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung im Herzen von Cadiz, mit wunderbarer Terrasse. Blick Atlantik und Sonnenuntergang, von oberer Terrasse auch auf den Hafen, mit fast täglich neuen Kreuzfahrts- und Fährschiffen. Küche und Bad wirken etwas gebraucht, die Technik (Kühlschrank, Warmwasser) funktioniert aber einwandfrei. Stabiles, schnelles Internet, bequemes Bett, Lift. Wir haben unsere 8 Tage im November es sehr genossen.

Las terrazas y la ubicación son excelentes. Mejorar el equipamiento de ropa de cama, hemos pasado frío. Importante: Hay una avería en el baño y se sale el agua por debajo del plato de ducha. Atención porque tarda un poquito en verse despues de usarse.
