Beautiful villa for 10 people, with a private pool (heated) and air conditioning in the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. The villa is located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of Ferragudo’s lively centre. There are several beaches in the Ferragudo area, including Praia Grande. This beach is ideal for children due to its peaceful location at the mouth of the Arade River. In addition, the Atlantic beaches—featuring typical Portuguese rock formations—Praia de Pintadinho and Praia dos Caneiros, are just an 8-minute drive away. You can also visit the city of Portimão, which is a 5-minute drive away.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an air-conditioned living room equipped with two sofas, an armchair, a TV with international channels, and a dining table with chairs. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. The kitchen is also located on the ground floor. This spacious, air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
A staircase leads to the second floor. There are also two bedrooms here: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The spacious shared bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower, a bidet, and a toilet.
All of these bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, built-in closets, and sliding doors leading to the balcony.
The fifth bedroom is located in the basement (on the same level as the garden, without air conditioning). This bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom here with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also an additional room with a washing machine and another room that can be used as a playroom with games and books.
Outside:
Outside, you’ll find the private 8x4-metre swimming pool (heated), which is filled with saltwater. This protects swimwear from fading and prevents excessive drying of the skin. An electric pool cover is placed over the pool to keep the water at a pleasant temperature in the spring and fall. There is an outdoor shower in the corner of the pool area. There is also a swing set with a swing board and a swing seat. There is an additional outdoor area with a built-in barbecue and sink. Here you’ll also find garden tables and chairs where you can enjoy a meal.
At the front of the house, there is parking for two cars on the property.
