Cottage with a Countryside view at Dairy Barns Holiday Cottages

We have a range of facilities in each of our cottages
We have 2 Country Cottages to choose from on the Farm


Willow Farm Cottage is the perfect destination for that Norfolk holiday by the sea with just a 15 minute walk to the beach. This 3 bedroom cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and has a large enclosed garden with decked area and BBQ. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washine machine, dining room, lounge and bathroom. Towels and linen are provided for 6 people. Available all year-round with full central heating, double glazing and wood burner in the comfy lounge. Please note the staircase is quite steep so not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Sorry, dogs are not accepted in Willow Farm Cottage.

Dune View Cottage is the semi detached mirror image of Willow Farm Cottage next door. Dune View has a dog proof garden and dogs are welcome, its a great location for long walk and dogs are welcome on parts of the local beach all year round.

Both Willow Farm Cottage and Dune View can be booked together to accommodate 12 people and there is a secret adjoining door in the cupboard under the stairs so the cottages can be linked when booked together!

The cottages were absolutely lovely, very homely, comfortable and relaxing. These 2 cottages meant that we could get together as a family and surprise my Mum for her 80th birthday as sleeps 12 all together. We've spent a few days in Dune View cottage and what a fantastic time we had. We have 2 active dogs and 2 even more active toddlers and needed place to accomodate that. The outside area and garden was private and secure. The owners provided stair gates to ensure our lityle ones were safe. The house itself was very clean and welcoming, gave us that home to home feeling. Very easy self check in/out, and we've been kept updated on everything via email and text messages. We loved it! 5 stars 🌟

Lovely cottage, recommended

We absolutely loved the cottage. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and we even had some local friends over for dinner. The only downside for 6 adults is the single bathroom but we managed fine. We could go on lovely walks directly from the house including seeing loads of gorgeous seals. We will definitely come back.

We love welcoming people to our farm and all the cottages are finished to a high standard so we hope you feel at home as soon as you arrive with us. We are happy to offer advice and suggestions on places to go and things to do in the area and you are welcome to walk on our farm tracks to make the most of our beautiful location. We have cattle and sheep grazing on the meadows at certain times of year and you are always welcome to say hello to our 4 horses and ponies. Lots of our guests come back year after year which tells us that we are doing something right!
