Having the key located in a separate place that requires a 15-minute uphill walk was unexpected and inconvenient. It would be preferable to have a key box available on-site for easier access. Additionally, the towels should be replaced, as they felt thin and rough—more like paper towels than proper bath towels

Area too Noisy & Busy

We were a group of 6 women, 3 generations staying in Madrid to visit friends. Communication with host was prompt, accessing keys was easy but not convenient, the area was very busy and noisy day & night, made it hard to get a good nights sleep. We stayed for 9 nights, fresh towels half way through our stay would have been appreciated. We would not book here again.

Great Location!!!

We recently stayed at this apartment in Madrid and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the metro and only one block off the main street, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself is cute and clean, with a layout that makes the most of a small space. The table is functional, but you’ll need to slide it out to use it comfortably.Beds are quite firm, which may not be ideal for everyone, and while the place was tidy, there are a few minor maintenance issues like loose doorknobs and tricky locks that could use attention. As expected in the city center, there’s a fair amount of street noise, but that comes with the territory when you're staying so close to the action.Overall, this is a nice apartment in a great location—perfect if you're looking to be right in the heart of Madrid.

A 10 pasos de la gran vía, tiendas 24/7 a los alrededores, a 3 minutos del metro, super recomendado, anfitriones muy atentos y resolvieron todas las dudas, sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí
