Villa Oliveta is a beautiful holiday home set on a hillside in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. It offers far-reaching views across vineyards, olive groves and the gently rolling Tuscan landscape. In the distance, the castles of Meleto and Brolio complete the picture-perfect scenery, creating a peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.



Although in a quiet and rural location, the property is conveniently situated. The small village of Castagnoli, home to the Osteria Il Bandito and two wineries, Cantalici and Rocca di Castagnoli, is just a few minutes away by car or around 25 minutes on foot. The lively town of Gaiole in Chianti, with its restaurants, shops and a COOP supermarket, is only four kilometres away. Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Arezzo are all within easy reach for day trips.

The outdoor area is well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The private garden features a lovely pool and various seating areas from which to enjoy the panoramic views. A covered dining terrace and a shaded pavilion furnished with comfortable seating provide perfect spots for unwinding.



The traditional stone-built farmhouse is arranged over two floors. Inside, Tuscan character blends harmoniously with a contemporary design. Wooden beam ceilings, high-quality furnishings and a soft, neutral colour palette create a bright and stylish atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully chosen to ensure a comfortable and welcoming setting.

Beautiful property set in a stunning location, easy drive to towns and cities. Set in a very pretty garden that was well keep. Surrounded by Vineyards for wine and olive oil tasting. Hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much for them

Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Oliveta und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist mit viel Geschmack neu renoviert und bietet 3 schöne Schlafräume, 3 Bäder (2 davon mit begehbarer Dusche, Raindance Brause), einen großen Wohn-Essbereich und eine überdachte Terrasse direkt am Haus mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick über Weinberge und Hügel der Toskana. Der Pool war an warmen Sommertagen ein absolutes Highlight, der ganze Garten ist wunderbar angelegt und gepflegt. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Pavillon mit Grill, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben, da viele nette Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis nach Gaiole sind es gerade mal 5 min. mit dem Auto, dort gibt es mehrere kleine Restaurants. Radda ist in 15. min zu erreichen, Siena in 40 min. Man muss zwar das Auto nehmen, aber es ist unkompliziert und man kann mit kleinen Trips vieles unternehmen. In Gaiole gibt es auch einen Fahrradverleih. Vom Haus kann man in 20 min. zum Weingut Meleto laufen. Ein schöner Spaziergang, den wir mehrmals gemacht haben. Im Tasting Room dort wird man herzlich empfangen, kann Wein und Olivenöl verkosten. Wir können das Oliveta uneingeschränkt empfehlen, da auch die Gastgeber sehr nett und aufmerksam sind. Diskret, aber bei Rückfragen immer erreichbar. Wir hatten wirklich einen perfekten Urlaub!
