Villa Mar & Sol is a charming 4-bedroom residence, situated in Vale Navio, a tranquil area just a few minutes' drive from Albufeira town centre. It is the perfect place for those seeking relaxation with easy access to the town and the beach.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a service bathroom and an additional bathroom with a bathtub.



On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, offering greater privacy and comfort.



The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the spacious living and dining room, perfect for family gatherings and socialising.



On the exterior, highlights include the fantastic heated swimming pool (additional cost), outdoor barbecue and beautiful gardens with countryside views. There is also a ping pong table, ideal for fun moments with friends or family.



Villa Mar & Sol is just a few minutes' drive from Albufeira town centre, the beaches and vibrant local life, providing a relaxing and memorable stay in the heart of the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



We recommend hiring a car, taking into account the property's location and, if you wish, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €100 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Perfect summer holiday

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were the highlight. The pool is fantastic and the open plan living and dining area was great for our family dinners. We also enjoyed dinner at A Ruína with its great sea views.

Relaxing getaway near Albufeira

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces like the barbecue area made our evenings very special. Vale Navio is a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing, but still close to everything. We also enjoyed dinner at Restaurante Veneza.

Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, from the comfortable bedrooms to the fun ping pong matches. The location is great if you want to be away from the noise but close to the beach. We also enjoyed dinner at Restaurante Cabana Fresca.

Peaceful retreat with a great pool!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Mar & Sol. The location in Vale Navio is so quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from the busy center of Albufeira. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool and spent hours playing ping pong in the garden. The views of the countryside from the backyard are beautiful and made our morning coffee even better.

Relaxing Holiday with Great Outdoor Space

Great for large families

The layout of the villa is excellent. Having the ensuite bedroom on the first floor gave us some nice privacy. The kids spent all their time in the heated pool. We also enjoyed dinner at Restaurante Os Arcos.

Spacious villa and lovely gardens

This villa was perfect for our group. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the en-suite on the first floor which felt very private. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up nicely to the living area. We enjoyed several barbecues in the garden, and we also enjoyed dinner at Algarbe restaurant nearby—highly recommended! Everything was spotless and the gardens are very well maintained.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family had an amazing stay at Villa Mar & Sol. The house is beautifully decorated, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool area was our favorite spot, especially with the optional heating which made swimming so enjoyable even in the evening. Relaxing Stay in a Beautiful Setting

Villa Mar & Sol was everything we hoped for and more. The interior is spotless and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the two living rooms, especially in the evenings. Wonderful Holiday Experience

We spent a week at Villa Mar & Sol with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is spacious, elegant, and has a very homey feel. Lovely place to stay

The location is quiet and very beautiful, the villa was spotless and very well appointed. Lots of towels and bedding. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Pretty much everything you could want is on hand.
