Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 60m from the beach
The apartments are recently renovated and consist of a living/dining room with smart TV, kitchen with fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor fan and washing machine. Master bedroom with double bed, flat screen TV and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, closet and flat TV. In both bedrooms there are ceiling fans. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the house.
The apartment has two terraces, one at the front of the house with table and chairs and the other terrace is at the back, with a terrace lounge set. This last terrace is located in front of the community pool and has pool views.
The urbanization is textile Paraíso Playa, with green areas and a communal summer pool for adults and children. Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 800m.
All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and the Playazo de Vera.
Elevator in the building to access the underground parking where there is a private parking space.
