Haus mit Charm und toller Lage

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in Bettinas Haus. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Herd, hat uns Bettina sofort geholfen. Das Haus liegt toll in einem Pinienwald in einem sicheren Anwesen in der 3. Reihe zur Straße nach hinten raus. Zu Fuß sind es mit Kindern ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand. Roller für die Kinder würden wir beim nächsten Mal einpacken. Das beste war der Strand, traumhaft. Wir hatten nicht das Bedürfnis einen anderen zu besuchen. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da der nächste Ort und Supermarkt ca. 5km entfernt sind und man sonst keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß hat auch keinen Bäcker. Am Strand gibt es nach ca. 10-15 Min. einen Campingplatz wo ein Restaurant und eine Strandbar zu finden sind. Sehr praktisch und notwendig mit Kindern.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen.

Casa comoda e funzionale, anche se per alcuni aspetti un po' datata. Immersa nella natura della pineta in un contesto tranquillo a dieci minuti dal mare, con cabina e tettoia riservata. Ideale per vacanze con bambini.

Horrible house

I stayed in that flat one week, all the furniture inside are very old and the landlord doesn't care about that. If you touch something you can brake it because the furniture are fixed with a tape. Bad experience!!

in effetti il frigorifero è stato sostituito da mia madre la settimana seguente alla loro. nel resto della casa non ci trovo niente di orribile: cucina nuova, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, bagni restaurati in tutti gli accessori, divano letto in soggiorno nuovo, tutti materassi ortopedici, casa in una pineta bellissima, mare e spiaggia stupendi. forse nel loro passato hanno avuto qualche brutta esperienza e da allora odiano i proprietari di casa. comunque mi dispiace del loro risentimento, ma non sono d'accordo con il loro giudizio. le foto ci sono e l'arredamento che si vede è anche quello nella realtà: niente di particolare ma non orribile
