New modern apartment with views of gardens in the center of Elche with 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 full bathrooms, kitchen with large open dining bench. TV, sofa, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...and a 10m2 interior patio. Close to cafeteria areas and in the center. Towels and bed linen are provided. 15 minutes from the beaches and the airport. There is free public parking 300 meters away. 400 meters from the train and bus station.
