Security Deposit
Please note a £100 security deposit is required by the park on arrival to be paid by card. If you wish to pay with cash, please contact and arrange this with the park ahead of arrival.
Please note to pre-book any required highchairs and cot rental ahead of arrival.
Bathrobes are available to hire from reception, they are £5 plus a cash deposit per robe.
Please be advised the resturant won't be open between 10th to 13th May 2024
Due to a private function, the park’s bar and restaurant will be closed on Saturday 9th (day and evening). Alternative, on park, Tea Rooms will be open from 9-5pm to offer snacks and drinks.
The swimming pool will be closed due to maintenance from 20/03/20 - 23/03/20
Please be aware the Restaurant will not be serving food during your stay.
Please be aware that the swimming pool is now open, on a first come first serve basis *Subject to change.

In line with government guidance and to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues are likely to be closed during your stay. The launderette along with a range of takeaway options will be available.
A Halloween party will take place on the 30th October 2021 at The Retreat. Fancy Dress Competition & Ghoulish Games included during the evening.

Wi-Fi is chargeable and is to be paid on arrival, via the internet connection in the lodge. Charges are: £6 for 24 hours, £10 for 3 days, £12 for 4 days, £15 for a week, £25 for 2 weeks and £30 for a month.
