The apartment also has a laundry area, ducted air conditioning, three fans, high-speed internet, community pool and two parking spaces in the garage. - VERY IMPORTANT - SUV OR ANY EXTRA WIDE/TALL CAR WON'T BE ABLE TO ENTER THE PARKING OF THE COMPLEX.
