Spacious and light flat with large beds. The kitchen was well equipped. The flat was very comfortable to stay in but a bit cold. Its an old property so noise travelled quite well (neighbours and from outside). Area was quiet and you are very close to canal. It was close to station and walking distance to all attractions. We loved our stay and would book flat again. The host communicated very well with clear instructions and the recommendations were very helpful. All in all a great stay in Venice!

Our stay at this property let us look through a window into life in Venice. It was clean and comfortable. While I couldn't get the espresso maker to work, I could easily go around the corner for a cappuccino at the neighborhood osteria. A great location, close enough to Santa Lucia but away from the crowds. Our only wish was for screens on the windows as the mosquitoes snuck in at night.

Spacious Venice Apartment

Big and spacious apartment that is well maintained. Easy to get a water taxi to the airport. One consideration was there was no elevator and property is on the third floor.

Avoid this place

2 of the 3 AC are good. The family room ac is only good if you are in front of it. Not good enough for the size of room. APPARTMENT IS on 3rd FLOOR with NO LIFT. Only two rooms have AC and a small one for the large family area. Keys is another pain point you get one set of keys with one to enter the building and one for apparment . You can not leave the apartment in two groups. If you do not have key to get into building some one will have to come from 3 rd floor (only stairs) Just to let you in the building. Laundry option is available (positive)
