The Domenica farmhouse, which has been very recently renovated (the pool was built in 2023), is a stunning property nestled among the olive groves of Castelluzzo, just a few kilometres from San Vito lo Capo, built in authentic Sicilian rustic style. There is a spacious outdoor area for exclusive use, featuring a comfortable pool that is 10 metres long, 5.5 metres wide, and 1.5 metres deep. The interior consists of a spacious living room-kitchen, with a built-in stove featuring Sicilian majolica tiles. There is a bedroom with a private bathroom and a large window opening onto a small outdoor terrace, as well as a guest bathroom accessible from the living room (equipped with a washing machine). The sofa in the living room converts into a two-person sleeper sofa. A wooden staircase leads to the loft, which features a double bed and a single bed.
