Absolutely fabulous flat and location.

Absolutely fabulous flat and location. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes a clean and modern facilities. Everything provided and in immaculate condition. Great views of the river and easy access to any other facilities in Wadebridge. Also a great base for Padstow, Newquay and Trebarwith which we love. Will definitely book this location again!

Stayed in Wadebridge many times but this is the best apartment. Close to town, excellent furniture and fittings, safe parking and great little balcony overlooking the river. Only negative slight traffic noise if you're used to quiet but we would definitely stay again. Loved it!Only suggestion maybe a pint of milk on arrival for a cuppa but that's just me being cheeky!!

Property had not been cleaned

The property was great. Unfortunately when we arrived the property had not been cleaned after the previous let. We advised the contact we had been given, and this was done straight away. She was very responsive, and had just returned from holiday, so was not sure what had happened. However this meant that we could not check in properly until 3 hours after we arrived.
