With private off-road parking and a private patio area, as well as the open lawned garden, you’ll have plenty of outdoor space to relax in and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

A comfortable sofa in front of the TV invites you to unwind and relax, while a dining area offers the perfect spot to enjoy meals with your loved one. Venturing upstairs to the first floor, you’ll discover a cosy double bedroom adorned with a charming beamed ceiling. The room features a dressing table and ample wardrobe space, providing a comfortable retreat for a restful night’s sleep. A bath with a shower attachment awaits you in the well-appointed bathroom, offering a soothing space to rejuvenate after a day of exploration. This property has an inter-connecting internal door (which will be locked) with Bay at High Peak House (ref UK44720) and can be booked together to accommodate up to 6 guests. Here your furry friends are more than welcome to join you on your coastal escape. The nearby area boasts a plethora of fantastic walks, including the renowned Cleveland Way, which traces the picturesque cliff tops, and the Cinder Track, a scenic pathway connecting the towns of Whitby and Scarborough.
