WiFi didn’t work, freezer was screwed closed and unusable and the fridge would usually pop open. Beautiful little house, fabulous location but utterly impossible to stay there. We came home early.

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to get the WIFI to work; I will look into this as there's unlimited data so there should have been no issues.
Unfortunately a previous guest broke the freezer handle, so the property is not advertised to have a freezer.
It isn't clear from your review exactly what makes the property "utterly impossible to stay there" so i'm unable to comment on this.
