Location was excellent! And Elisabetta was wonderful - friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any issues! The apartment was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that I wasn’t aware of were the 3 flights of steps and no lift. I must have missed that in the description. But Elisabetta had her husband help us with the bags which was wonderful! And she mentioned that she has another apartment in Florence on ground 0 if steps are a problem for you. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you want to be close to the major sites

Elisabetta and her husband were simply lovely. All interactions were kind and friendly, and extremely helpful. The apartment is perfect for location, safety and comfort. It was perfectly clean and a welcoming warm 'nest' to return to after a day at the galleries. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Elisabetta for a terrific stay in Florence.

The apartment is centrally located to all the major sights of Florence. Elisabetta was at the apartment to greet us with her husband and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. She even had a lovely welcoming tray full of helpful and tasty treats. The apartment is spacious and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything a person may need to put together a meal. It is a beautifully appointed apartment as depicted in the promotional pictures. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay again when in Florence. One word of caution: it is located on the 2nd (3rd US) floor of the building so a person needs to be prepared for some steps. Thanks Elisabetta!

Elisabetta was such a wonderful host. The care package and personal check in to help us carry luggage up the stairs was above and beyond. The apartment is right in the heart of everything but we didn't have a problem sleeping at all. The in unit washer/dryer was also great to freshen up some of our clothes before we made our way!

Amazing location

The host Elisabetta and her son were amazing! They worked with us and still met us at the property when we had a late flight. They made sure we felt welcome and safe, with the location of this place being central to everything! We walked everywhere. I would recommend this to anyone, and for two women in their early 20s I can’t stress enough how safe and central this place was!
