The strategic location allows you to comfortably reach on foot, in just 15 minutes, the main attractions of the city. Ideal for those who want to experience Venice with practicality and comfort.

The accommodation is located on the third floor with stairs.

Check-ins are possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 PM or €50.00 by 11 PM. At check-in, the tourist tax payment will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
