Arranged over two floors the property is part of a historic building that is accessed through a small courtyard. On the ground floor guests will find an open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart flat-screen TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Bedroom 1: The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and opens onto a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The property is located in the Peretola neighbourhood in the northwest part of Florence. The area is conveniently close to the airport and is known for its green spaces and parks. There is a bus stop close by and visitors can also explore local markets, shops, and cafes, all within a 5-minute walk allowing guests to experience the community’s local culture and lifestyle.

This property provides both a quiet base and easy access to Florence’s world-famous attractions. All downtown locations such as the Uffizi Gallery, Florence Cathedral (Duomo) and Ponte Vecchio are reachable by the Tramway in approximately 25 minutes. Guests can also head to the Boboli Gardens, behind the Pitti Palace where you can admire the fountains and statues for an afternoon.

Other famous destinations such as Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Greve in Chianti are all about an hour’s drive from the vacation rental and provide excellent destinations for a day trip.
