Gite avec du potentiel, car il est très bien situé et dans un quartier calme, mais très mal exploité. Beaucoup de disfonctionnements, équipements non adaptés au nombre d'occupants, logement mal isolé, et le meilleur est quand même la salle de bain à l'étage , Salle de Bain pour MINIMOYS ....Dommage.........

Regarding the mattresses, we understand that guests have their own preferences when it comes to mattress comfort. However, we currently use standard mattresses in the property, and during your stay we also tried to communicate your concern to the property owner in hopes of having them replaced in the future. We’re sorry they did not meet your expectations.
We also apologize about the condition of the ground floor bathroom and the shower drain. Our team does its best to ensure these areas are properly cleaned and maintained before each guest’s arrival, but we acknowledge that we fell short during your stay and will work to improve this moving forward.
As for the backyard, we would like to ask for a clarification as we always try our best to make it presentable. If you could provide us a clear explanation that would help us be better in the future.
As for the housekeeping concern involving the bed linens, we take this matter seriously. We have already spoken with our cleaning team to address the issue and ensure this does not happen again in the future.
