Beautiful & elegant home with private pool, garden and view of Positano

Casa Luminosa Positano is a beautiful and elegant property with breathtaking views of the coast and Positano. It is 120 metres squared and can sleep up to 5 people. Casa Luminosa Positano boasts a heated pool, private patio, private garden, large private terrace, spectacular sea views, air conditioning in all the rooms, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
At Casa Luminosa Positano, you are just a 10-minute walk down the steps to the heart of Positano. Here you will find restaurants, grocery stores, the famous church and the beach.
As you arrive at Casa Luminosa Positano, there are 8 steps from the parking area to a secure, metal gate. Here you will also find a small garden with a hand painted bench depicting Positano situated under a beautiful lemon tree where you can spend time relaxing with a book or a enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple. The rock face and cliffs are impressive and characteristic of the area. There is also a garden with home-grown vegetables – typical of Southern Italy. From the gate, there are a further 40 steps which lead to the patio area which is equipped with outdoor furniture and an above ground heated pool which is 2.20cm wide, 4 metres long and 50cm deep. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking and spectacular views of Positano and its famous coastline. On the left, along the side of the pool area, there are steps which lead to a different property above. The owner may pass by the pool to reach the steps which lead to their property.
To reach the main entrance from the patio area, there are a further 12 steps. Lining the steps are terracotta pots and displays of colourful flowers which provide a warm welcome to the property. Here, on your left, there are 5 steps which take you to an outdoor dining area. There is a table, chairs, a BBQ and a fridge so you can cook and dine ‘al fresco’. This terrace is 60 metres squared and boasts breathtaking views of Positano – turquoise waters, blue skies and amazing coastal views - just like the picture postcards! Surrounding the terrace are colourful flowers. There is also an outdoor shower so you can cool off after sunbathing and relaxing on the patio. Here you will also find a small utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
Casa Luminosa Positano has a small terrace surrounding it so from the windows and French doors you can experience the wonderful view of Positano and its coast. There is also a large terrace with a table and chairs where you can relax and take in the spectacular sights of the sea and coastline.
The main door leads into the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a small breakfast bar. Leading off the kitchen, there is a lounge/dining room. The open space is bright, colourful and welcoming with a TV, sofas and a dining table and chairs. The blues of the sea and sky and yellows of the sun and beach radiate throughout these rooms. From both the kitchen and lounge, you can access the terrace from the French doors. From inside, you can see the turquoise sea beyond.
From the open plan lounge/dining room, there is a door on the right which leads to another small lounge with a TV. Here there is a single sofa bed. On the bookshelf, alongside the books, are Pulcinella statues. Pulcinella is a famous Neapolitan character, originating from ‘commedia dell’arte’ in the 17th century, who is a symbol which represents the typical Neapolitan spirit. From this room, there are French doors which lead out onto the terrace.
On the left of the open plan lounge/dining room, there are three bathrooms and two bedrooms. The first bathroom has a large shower box, toilet, sink and bidet. Its beautiful green tiles mimic the colours of the sea. Next to this bathroom is a double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers and colourful blue and green décor. There are French doors which open onto the balcony.
The second bathroom is blue like the deeper colours of the sea. It also has a large shower box, toilet, sink and bidet.
The second double bedroom has a double 4 post bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and a wonderful sea life theme. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, decorated with beautiful tiles, with a sink, toilet and large box shower.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Luminosa Positano but, if you do have one, you will be able to park it below the property in a private parking area. There is space for two medium-sized cars.
