Norman's Nook is one of our popular 3 bedroom cottages situated on The Parade, close to other properties, with a quiet south-facing patio which opens onto a communal boules court. Parking bays nearby on Green Close and Woodspring Way (first come first served).

It is ideal for a family with grandparents due to the downstairs double bedroom as well as a king (with ensuite) and twin upstairs.

Enter through the front door into a hallway with stairs up, and downstairs cloakroom. To your left is a door through to the open plan living space, with kitchen, dining table and chairs, sofas, and large wall-mounted smart TV. French doors in the lounge area lead to the private patio with wooden furniture, brick built BBQ (disposables recommended) and sunny outlook across the boules court.

To the right is the downstairs bedroom with TV and storage, ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms - the main kingsize bedroom with TV, plenty of storage, and its own ensuite shower room. Across the landing is a twin bedroom.

There is also a larger than average family bathroom with bath and a shower over.

Please note: the fridge is an under-counter fridge with ice box. A separate worktop freezer is available in the downstairs hall cupboard.

There are parking spaces nearby on Woodspring Way and Green Close.
