6 The Chase, a ground-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower and a double, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and private parking for 3 cars. Within 6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. 6 The Chase is a great base for an escape to the Lake District with loved ones, and is ideal for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts alike. Note: There are a few steps down to garden, please take care.

Note: Access and Parking - the apartment is approximately 40 metres from the allocated parking space and is reached via a paved path, There are four steps between the car park and the front door, arranged as two short flights of two steps with level sections between them. The lounge opens onto the patio and garden via two steps. Please take care when using these steps.

Brockhole, which offers high wire tree top experiences, is three miles away, and the historic villages of Grasmere, Ambleside and Troutbeck are a short drive away. There is also a variety of watersports on offer for the more energetic at marine centres along the lake.
