Overall it was satisfactory, but we couldn't use the toilet in the ensuit! Broken.

Overall it was satisfactory, but we couldn't use the toilet in the ensuit! Broken. Kitchen could do with being refurbished, looking tired. Noise of the heating system when it was switched on! The welcome pack, consists of, bottle of wine, pack of shortbread. It would have been useful to have had instead, some milk, tea or coffee, just enough to have a cuppa after your journey. There was no condiments, like salt or pepper.
